Custom Design for Avoca: free 24-hour proofs, published pack pricing, and tracked delivery in 5 to 7 business days.
Avoca crews order designed from scratch gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Avoca address in 5 to 7 business days.
With about 2,500 people spread over 1.0 square miles, Avoca gets the same flat delivery promise as everywhere else we serve: 5 to 7 business days to any door. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Dupont, PA (1 mi), Hughestown, PA (2 mi), Duryea, PA (2 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. For the military community, Tobyhanna Army Depot sits about 6 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.
No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to Avoca.
A typical week of custom design orders from this corner of Pennsylvania mixes Avoca crews with neighbors like Dupont, 1 miles over, all running through the same designer, the same proof cycle, and the same tracked delivery.
A tight little product line, designed to move at the table. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.
A phone photo of a faded shirt becomes clean, print-ready vector art. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.
Insignia drawn correctly, with trademark rules respected and flagged. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.
Start with words alone: the design team turns a description into finished art. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.
The year on the shirt sets the type style, and the team knows the difference. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.
One design system across shirts, banners, and signs so everything matches. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.
This shop exists for the military community, and it shows in how orders run. Deadlines are treated like formation times, proofs are honest instead of optimistic, and when Avoca customers call, a person who owns the order answers.
The same discipline applies inward: an unrealistic date or a design that will not print well gets flagged before you commit, not explained after.
Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.
Garment choice makes or breaks the order. These are the blanks Avoca customers pick most, all designable online on real product photos.
Serious designs deserve the garment-dyed heavyweight, which reads brand rather than handout. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.
The 7.5oz boxy blank is where streetwear concepts land, oversized front or full back. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.
The proving ground for new art, with an 80-color palette to frame it perfectly. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.
Most orders here start without finished artwork, and that is fine. Our in-house designers redraw low resolution logos as clean vectors, build new designs from a written description, and match era-correct type and insignia when the design calls for it. The service costs nothing with an order, the first proof lands within 24 hours, and revisions are unlimited. You approve the final art in writing before production, so the shirt that arrives is the shirt you signed off on.
Want to try it yourself first? The Design Lab lets you upload art, add text in stencil and athletic fonts, and position everything on the exact garment with live pricing the whole time.
No mystery pricing. These are the published packs on our light cotton tee, front print included, and Avoca customers watch the per piece cost fall as quantity climbs.
| Order size | Pack total | Cost per piece | Freight | Back side |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 10 pieces | $180 | $18 ea | $18 | $4 ea |
| 15 pieces | $250 | $16.67 ea | $18 | $4 ea |
| 20 pieces | $320 | $16 ea | $20.99 | $4 ea |
| 25 pieces | $375 | $15 ea | $20.99 | $3 ea |
| 50 pieces | $700 | $14 ea | $22.99 | $2 ea |
| 100 pieces | $1200 | $12 ea | FREE | $2 ea |
Add-on pricing is deliberately boring: back print per the table (later $3, then $2), oversize front $3 or $2 by volume, extended sizes $6 or $4 by volume. That is the complete list, and the Design Lab computes it live before any quote is written.
Two doors in: the quote form if you want a person on it immediately, or the Design Lab if you want to see it on the garment first. Either way, unfinished ideas are the expected input.
The proof arrives inside a day, drawn at print size on your chosen garment and color. Change anything, as often as needed, at no cost.
Nothing goes to press until you approve the proof in writing. What you sign off on is exactly what prints, that is the whole point of the proof.
From approval, count 5 to 7 business days to your door. If the event is sooner, ask about rush and get a straight yes or no.
Everything about the run gets archived, which turns every future reorder into a one-line email.
Every order ships tracked to Avoca addresses with standard production plus shipping at 5 to 7 business days. Free shipping kicks in at 100 pieces, and pack shipping rates below that are published, not surprises at checkout.
The roster is the packing list: every size counted into the box, tracking issued at pickup, and any shortage or transit damage made right at our cost without argument.
The standard clock is 5 to 7 business days covering both production and delivery. Many orders can run faster; name the date and we will confirm or decline honestly.
Yes, and it costs nothing with your order. Send a sketch, an old logo, or just the idea, and a designer sends a print ready proof within 24 hours.
Large runs are the core business: hundreds of pieces, mixed sizes, multiple colors, one named contact who owns it from first proof to the delivery scan.
Simple math: 2XL and up cost $6 more per piece on small orders and $4 more per piece from 25 pieces. No other size fees exist, and the Design Lab totals it live.
Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
Our minimum is 10 pieces. Packs for your Avoca crew begin at 10, the per piece price falls as the count climbs, and shipping goes free at 100.
