Custom Design for Bells: free 24-hour proofs, published pack pricing, and tracked delivery in 5 to 7 business days.
In-house designers turn napkin sketches and old low-res logos into print-ready vector art. Free with every order, proof in 24 hours. For Bells, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.
With about 1,500 people spread over 2.1 square miles, Bells gets the same flat delivery promise as everywhere else we serve: 5 to 7 business days to any door. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Savoy, TX (3 mi), Whitewright, TX (7 mi), Tom Bean, TX (8 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. NAS JRB Fort Worth, around 79 miles from Bells, anchors the local military community we print for every week.
Nothing here needs a storefront. Art goes in by phone or upload, a designer proofs it free, and the shipment lands in Bells counted against your roster.
Because Savoy sits only 3 miles from Bells, joint orders across town lines are common here: one proof, one pack price, two delivery stops if needed.
Start with words alone: the design team turns a description into finished art. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.
Stencil, athletic, and period-correct lettering matched to the year that matters. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.
A single visual system covering everything the event prints. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.
A tight little product line, designed to move at the table. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.
Faded, blurry, or tiny source art gets redrawn into crisp vectors. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.
Crests and emblems built with correct heraldry and licensing rules observed. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.
The shop runs on habits borrowed from the people we serve: accountability by name, honest reporting, and deadlines that do not slide. Bells customers feel the difference on the first order.
It also means we say no when we should. If a design will not print well at the size you want, or a date cannot be hit, you hear it before you spend money, not after.
The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.
Garment choice makes or breaks the order. These are the blanks Bells customers pick most, all designable online on real product photos.
Streetwear concepts belong on the 7.5oz max heavyweight with an oversized front or full back. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.
New designs debut on the Classic: 80-plus colors guarantee the right backdrop for the art. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.
Put the design on washed heavyweight cotton and it stops being a shirt and starts being merch. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.
Half the orders we take begin as a phone photo of a sketch, an old shirt, or a sentence describing the idea. A designer turns that into print-ready vector art at no charge, sends the proof inside 24 hours, and revises it until you sign off in writing. Nothing is produced before that signature, which is why what shows up matches what you expected.

Here is what Bells customers actually pay, starting from our light cotton tee. Every price includes a standard front print, and the number only moves down as the pack gets bigger.
| Quantity | Pack price | Per shirt | Shipping | Add back print |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Pack of 10 | $180 | $18 ea | $18 | $4 ea |
| Pack of 15 | $250 | $16.67 ea | $18 | $4 ea |
| Pack of 20 | $320 | $16 ea | $20.99 | $4 ea |
| Pack of 25 | $375 | $15 ea | $20.99 | $3 ea |

Back prints add per piece at the rate shown, dropping to $3 at 25 pieces and $2 at 50. Oversized full body fronts add $3 per piece under 25 pieces and $2 at 25 or more, and sizes 2XL and up add $6 each under 25 pieces or $4 each at 25 or more. Heavier garments follow the same pack structure at their own price points, all shown live in the Design Lab.
Start in the Design Lab on the exact garment we print, or send whatever you have through the quote form. Rough ideas are welcome, that is what the free design service is for.
A real designer, not an algorithm, sends your proof within 24 hours. You change it as many times as it takes to be right.
Production waits for one thing only: your written sign-off on the proof. That signature is the contract for exactly what prints.
Approval to doorstep runs 5 to 7 business days as the default, faster when rush is booked and honestly refused when it cannot be.
We archive your art and garment specs, which makes the second order a two minute conversation.
Delivery to Bells addresses follows one simple clock: 5 to 7 business days including production, with tracking from the moment it leaves. Hit 100 pieces and the shipping line drops to zero.
Before sealing, every carton is counted against the size roster, and tracking goes out the same day. Anything short or damaged gets replaced at our cost on an expedited timeline.
Extended sizes carry a flat per-piece add: $6 when the order is under 25 pieces, $4 once it reaches 25. The estimate in the Design Lab applies it for you.
Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
Order ten, order fifty, order five hundred: 10 pieces is our floor, and for your Bells crew, bigger packs simply pull the per-piece price down.
File quality is our problem, not yours: vectors are ideal, 300 DPI PNGs work, and weak files get redrawn at no charge.
Deployed addresses are first-class here: APO and FPO ship on the standard timeline, right alongside all 50 states.
Completely. Build the design in the Design Lab and the full order total sits on screen the whole time; no email, no call, no waiting.
Five to seven business days, all in, from approval to arrival. Rush exists for real deadlines and gets an honest yes or no up front.
