Custom Design for Belt: free 24-hour proofs, published pack pricing, and tracked delivery in 5 to 7 business days.
Belt crews order designed from scratch gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Belt address in 5 to 7 business days.
With a community of 523 spread over 0.3 square miles, Belt gets the same flat delivery promise as everywhere else we serve: 5 to 7 business days to any door. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Pleasant Valley Colony, MT (6 mi), Centerville, MT (10 mi), Tracy, MT (11 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. For the military community, Malmstrom Air Force Base sits about 19 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.
No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to Belt.
Custom Design demand around Belt does not stop at the town line. Crews from Pleasant Valley Colony (6 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.
Describe it in a sentence; a designer builds it and proofs it within 24 hours. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.
Stencil, athletic, and period-correct lettering matched to the year that matters. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.
A single visual system covering everything the event prints. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.
A tight little product line, designed to move at the table. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.
Faded, blurry, or tiny source art gets redrawn into crisp vectors. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.
Crests and emblems built with correct heraldry and licensing rules observed. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.
The shop runs on habits borrowed from the people we serve: accountability by name, honest reporting, and deadlines that do not slide. Belt customers feel the difference on the first order.
That standard cuts both ways. If your art needs work or your timeline is impossible, we tell you up front and offer the fix, because a bad shirt with our print on it costs us more than the order.
Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.
Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Belt customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.
New designs debut on the Classic: 80-plus colors guarantee the right backdrop for the art. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.
When the design is the product, the garment dyed heavyweight makes it feel like a brand, not a handout. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.
The 7.5oz boxy blank is where streetwear concepts land, oversized front or full back. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.
Every order includes the design team. They rescue low-resolution logos, invent art from plain descriptions, and keep insignia and period typography accurate when the concept demands it. Twenty-four hours after you send the idea, the proof is in your inbox; as many revisions as it takes come free, and your written sign-off is what starts the presses.
Or open the Design Lab and lay the design out yourself, priced in real time on the exact blank.

A real designer, not an algorithm, sends your proof within 24 hours. You change it as many times as it takes to be right.
You approve in writing before production starts. No surprises at the box opening, because you already saw the shirt.
Standard turnaround is 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, with rush available when the calendar demands it.
Art, thread colors, and size history stay archived, so the next season run starts with one email.
Every order ships tracked to Belt addresses with standard production plus shipping at 5 to 7 business days. Free shipping kicks in at 100 pieces, and pack shipping rates below that are published, not surprises at checkout.
The roster is the packing list: every size counted into the box, tracking issued at pickup, and any shortage or transit damage made right at our cost without argument.
Design help is included free. Whatever you have, a napkin sketch, a faded shirt photo, a sentence, becomes a print-ready proof from a real designer within 24 hours.
Large runs are the core business: hundreds of pieces, mixed sizes, multiple colors, one named contact who owns it from first proof to the delivery scan.
Extended sizes carry a flat per-piece add: $6 when the order is under 25 pieces, $4 once it reaches 25. The estimate in the Design Lab applies it for you.
There are no returns on custom orders; once printed, the work is final. That is exactly why production never starts without your written approval of a free proof, and why the size roster deserves a second look before you submit.
Order ten, order fifty, order five hundred: 10 pieces is our floor, and for your Belt crew, bigger packs simply pull the per-piece price down.
Vector files such as AI, SVG, EPS, and PDF are ideal. A 300 DPI PNG with a transparent background also prints clean. If all you have is a screenshot, we redraw it free.
