Custom Design delivered to Blue Ridge

Blue Ridge crews order designed from scratch gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Blue Ridge address in 5 to 7 business days.

With about 1,200 people spread over 2.7 square miles, Blue Ridge gets the same flat delivery promise as everywhere else we serve: 5 to 7 business days to any door. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Mineral Bluff, GA (4 mi), Morganton, GA (4 mi), Cherry Log, GA (7 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. Arnold Air Force Base, around 113 miles from Blue Ridge, anchors the local military community we print for every week.

No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to Blue Ridge.

A typical week of custom design orders from this corner of Georgia mixes Blue Ridge crews with neighbors like Mineral Bluff, 4 miles over, all running through the same designer, the same proof cycle, and the same tracked delivery.

What Blue Ridge gets designed from scratch

Logo cleanup and vector redraws

Faded, blurry, or tiny source art gets redrawn into crisp vectors. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.

Unit crest and emblem builds

Insignia drawn correctly, with trademark rules respected and flagged. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.

Full designs from a written idea

A sentence of description is enough input for a full designed proof inside a day. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

Era-correct type and layouts

Stencil, athletic, and period-correct lettering matched to the year that matters. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

Event artwork packages

A single visual system covering everything the event prints. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

Merch line concepts

A tight little product line, designed to move at the table. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

The shop runs on habits borrowed from the people we serve: accountability by name, honest reporting, and deadlines that do not slide. Blue ridge customers feel the difference on the first order.

The same discipline applies inward: an unrealistic date or a design that will not print well gets flagged before you commit, not explained after.

No sales call needed to get a number.

Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.

04 //

What to print it on

The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Blue Ridge customers, these three earn their keep.

Premium Heavyweight Tee

Put the design on washed heavyweight cotton and it stops being a shirt and starts being merch. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

Max Heavyweight Street Tee

Max weight, boxy drop, oversized print field: the streetwear formula. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.

Classic Cotton Tee

New designs debut on the Classic: 80-plus colors guarantee the right backdrop for the art. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

05 //

The art department is included

Design help is not an upsell here, it is how orders start. Describe the concept in a sentence, attach whatever reference you have, and within 24 hours a real designer returns a proof drawn as clean vectors, era-correct where it matters. Revisions cost nothing and continue until the proof is right, and your written approval is the only thing that sends it to production.

The Design Lab is there when you want to drive: upload, place, and price the design yourself on the exact garment we print.

What it costs

Here is what Blue Ridge customers actually pay, starting from our light cotton tee. Every price includes a standard front print, and the number only moves down as the pack gets bigger.

Back prints add per piece at the rate shown, dropping to $3 at 25 pieces and $2 at 50. Oversized full body fronts add $3 per piece under 25 pieces and $2 at 25 or more, and sizes 2XL and up add $6 each under 25 pieces or $4 each at 25 or more. Heavier garments follow the same pack structure at their own price points, all shown live in the Design Lab.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Start in the Design Lab on the exact garment we print, or send whatever you have through the quote form. Rough ideas are welcome, that is what the free design service is for.

02

Proof

Within 24 hours you have a proof in your inbox, drawn to size, on the garment and color you picked. Revisions are unlimited and free.

03

Approve

The press does not move without your written yes. It is the single checkpoint that makes the no-returns policy fair.

04

Print and ship

Standard turnaround is 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, with rush available when the calendar demands it.

05

Reorder

Art, thread colors, and size history stay archived, so the next season run starts with one email.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Count 5 to 7 business days, production included, for tracked delivery to Blue Ridge addresses. At 100 pieces shipping costs nothing; under that, the flat rates in the table are the whole story.

The roster is the packing list: every size counted into the box, tracking issued at pickup, and any shortage or transit damage made right at our cost without argument.

Common questions

Can you handle a large order for your Blue Ridge crew?

Large orders are the specialty, not the exception: hundreds of mixed-size pieces, roster-counted boxes, one accountable contact.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

The extended-size rule fits in one line: add $6 per piece below 25 total, $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab applies it automatically.

What is your return policy?

Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.

Is there a minimum order?

The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your blue ridge crew can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.

What file types work best?

File quality is our problem, not yours: vectors are ideal, 300 DPI PNGs work, and weak files get redrawn at no charge.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

Deployed addresses are first-class here: APO and FPO ship on the standard timeline, right alongside all 50 states.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

Completely. Build the design in the Design Lab and the full order total sits on screen the whole time; no email, no call, no waiting.
