Custom Design delivered to Boonton

In-house designers turn napkin sketches and old low-res logos into print-ready vector art. Free with every order, proof in 24 hours. For Boonton, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

With about 8,800 people spread over 2.3 square miles, Boonton gets the same flat delivery promise as everywhere else we serve: 5 to 7 business days to any door. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Lake Hiawatha, NJ (2 mi), Mountain Lakes, NJ (2 mi), Parsippany, NJ (3 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. Picatinny Arsenal, around 8 miles from Boonton, anchors the local military community we print for every week.

No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to Boonton.

A typical week of custom design orders from this corner of New Jersey mixes Boonton crews with neighbors like Lake Hiawatha, 2 miles over, all running through the same designer, the same proof cycle, and the same tracked delivery.

What Boonton gets designed from scratch

Unit crest and emblem builds

Crests and emblems built with correct heraldry and licensing rules observed. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.

Full designs from a written idea

Describe it in a sentence; a designer builds it and proofs it within 24 hours. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.

Era-correct type and layouts

Stencil, athletic, and period-correct lettering matched to the year that matters. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.

Event artwork packages

One design system across shirts, banners, and signs so everything matches. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

Merch line concepts

A tight little product line, designed to move at the table. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

Logo cleanup and vector redraws

A phone photo of a faded shirt becomes clean, print-ready vector art. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

We print for units, veterans, and military families every day, and the discipline transfers. Boonton customers get straight answers on dates, a named person on their order, and work we would put our own name on.

That standard cuts both ways. If your art needs work or your timeline is impossible, we tell you up front and offer the fix, because a bad shirt with our print on it costs us more than the order.

No sales call needed to get a number.

Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.

What to print it on

Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Boonton customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.

Max Heavyweight Street Tee

Streetwear concepts belong on the 7.5oz max heavyweight with an oversized front or full back. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Classic Cotton Tee

Most new designs land on the Classic first. 80 plus colors means your art gets the exact backdrop it needs. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.

Premium Heavyweight Tee

Serious designs deserve the garment-dyed heavyweight, which reads brand rather than handout. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.

From rough idea to press-ready

The gap between what you have and what a press needs is our designers job to close, free with any order. Whatever the starting point, the output is the same: clean vectors, correct insignia, a proof within 24 hours, and unlimited revisions until you approve it in writing. Only then does anything print.

The Design Lab offers the self-serve path, with your art positioned on real product photos and the total priced as you go.

What it costs

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Start in the Design Lab on the exact garment we print, or send whatever you have through the quote form. Rough ideas are welcome, that is what the free design service is for.

02

Proof

The proof arrives inside a day, drawn at print size on your chosen garment and color. Change anything, as often as needed, at no cost.

03

Approve

Nothing goes to press until you approve the proof in writing. What you sign off on is exactly what prints, that is the whole point of the proof.

04

Print and ship

Production and shipping run 5 to 7 business days standard. Rush options exist and get quoted honestly against your date.

05

Reorder

We archive your art and garment specs, which makes the second order a two minute conversation.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

The timeline to Boonton addresses is fixed and published: 5 to 7 business days door to door, production included. Shipping rates are flat, visible in the table, and free from 100 pieces.

Orders ship boxed and counted against your size roster, with tracking sent the day they leave. If anything arrives short or damaged, photograph it and send it over, and we correct it at our cost.

Common questions

How long does shipping take?

Five to seven business days, all in, from approval to arrival. Rush exists for real deadlines and gets an honest yes or no up front.

Do you help with the design?

Design help is included free. Whatever you have, a napkin sketch, a faded shirt photo, a sentence, becomes a print-ready proof from a real designer within 24 hours.

Can you handle a large order for your Boonton crew?

Large runs are the core business: hundreds of pieces, mixed sizes, multiple colors, one named contact who owns it from first proof to the delivery scan.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Sizes 2XL and up add $6 per piece under 25 total pieces, or $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab includes it in your estimate automatically.

What is your return policy?

Due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. Double check sizing and artwork before submitting your order. Every order gets a free proof first, and nothing prints until you approve it in writing.

Is there a minimum order?

The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your boonton crew can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.
