Custom Design for Brewer: free 24-hour proofs, published pack pricing, and tracked delivery in 5 to 7 business days.
In-house designers turn napkin sketches and old low-res logos into print-ready vector art. Free with every order, proof in 24 hours. For Brewer, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.
Brewer covers 2.3 square miles of Missouri, and delivery reaches every address in it on the standard 5 to 7 day window. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Lithium, MO (4 mi), Perryville, MO (5 mi), St. Mary, MO (6 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. Scott Air Force Base, around 51 miles from Brewer, anchors the local military community we print for every week.
Nothing here needs a storefront. Art goes in by phone or upload, a designer proofs it free, and the shipment lands in Brewer counted against your roster.
A typical week of custom design orders from this corner of Missouri mixes Brewer crews with neighbors like Lithium, 4 miles over, all running through the same designer, the same proof cycle, and the same tracked delivery.
The year on the shirt sets the type style, and the team knows the difference. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.
One design system across shirts, banners, and signs so everything matches. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.
A tight little product line, designed to move at the table. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.
A phone photo of a faded shirt becomes clean, print-ready vector art. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.
Unit art drawn right the first time, with anything trademark-sensitive flagged early. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.
Describe it in a sentence; a designer builds it and proofs it within 24 hours. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.
We built this company on a simple standard: print it like the name on it matters. For Brewer customers, that means honest timelines, real proofs, and no excuses on delivery day.
Part of the job is refusing bad orders. When the art, the garment, or the date is wrong, saying so before you pay is the service.
Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.
Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Brewer customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.
Max weight, boxy drop, oversized print field: the streetwear formula. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.
The proving ground for new art, with an 80-color palette to frame it perfectly. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.
Put the design on washed heavyweight cotton and it stops being a shirt and starts being merch. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.
Half the orders we take begin as a phone photo of a sketch, an old shirt, or a sentence describing the idea. A designer turns that into print-ready vector art at no charge, sends the proof inside 24 hours, and revises it until you sign off in writing. Nothing is produced before that signature, which is why what shows up matches what you expected.
Prefer hands-on? Build the design yourself in the Design Lab on real product photos, with the running price on screen while you work.

One day later the proof is in your inbox: your art, your garment, your colors, at true print scale. Revisions never cost a cent.
The press does not move without your written yes. It is the single checkpoint that makes the no-returns policy fair.
Approval to doorstep runs 5 to 7 business days as the default, faster when rush is booked and honestly refused when it cannot be.
We archive your art and garment specs, which makes the second order a two minute conversation.
Every order ships tracked to Brewer addresses with standard production plus shipping at 5 to 7 business days. Free shipping kicks in at 100 pieces, and pack shipping rates below that are published, not surprises at checkout.
Orders ship boxed and counted against your size roster, with tracking sent the day they leave. If anything arrives short or damaged, photograph it and send it over, and we correct it at our cost.
Large orders are the specialty, not the exception: hundreds of mixed-size pieces, roster-counted boxes, one accountable contact.
Extended sizes carry a flat per-piece add: $6 when the order is under 25 pieces, $4 once it reaches 25. The estimate in the Design Lab applies it for you.
Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your brewer crew can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.
Vector files such as AI, SVG, EPS, and PDF are ideal. A 300 DPI PNG with a transparent background also prints clean. If all you have is a screenshot, we redraw it free.
Deployed addresses are first-class here: APO and FPO ship on the standard timeline, right alongside all 50 states.
