Custom Design delivered to Cade

In-house designers turn napkin sketches and old low-res logos into print-ready vector art. Free with every order, proof in 24 hours. For Cade, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

All 6.7 square miles of Cade sit inside our normal delivery map, tracked door to door. Nearby crews are already in the coverage circle, with St. Martinville, LA (5 mi), Broussard, LA (5 mi), Youngsville, LA (6 mi) sharing the identical pack rates and timelines. The closest major installation is Fort Johnson, roughly 110 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.

Nothing here needs a storefront. Art goes in by phone or upload, a designer proofs it free, and the shipment lands in Cade counted against your roster.

Custom Design demand around Cade does not stop at the town line. Crews from St. Martinville (5 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.

What Cade gets designed from scratch

Unit crest and emblem builds

Unit art drawn right the first time, with anything trademark-sensitive flagged early. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.

Full designs from a written idea

A sentence of description is enough input for a full designed proof inside a day. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

Era-correct type and layouts

Stencil, athletic, and period-correct lettering matched to the year that matters. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

Event artwork packages

One design system across shirts, banners, and signs so everything matches. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

Merch line concepts

A small collection designed to sell, not just to exist. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

Logo cleanup and vector redraws

The rescue service: old logos rebuilt as clean vector files that print sharp forever. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

Serving the military community is not a marketing line here, it is the operating system. Cade customers deal with one accountable person, get dates that mean something, and receive work held to a uniform standard.

Part of the job is refusing bad orders. When the art, the garment, or the date is wrong, saying so before you pay is the service.

Build it on the real garment and watch the price calculate live.

Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.

04 //

What to print it on

The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Cade customers, these three earn their keep.

Max Heavyweight Street Tee

Max weight, boxy drop, oversized print field: the streetwear formula. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.

Classic Cotton Tee

New designs debut on the Classic: 80-plus colors guarantee the right backdrop for the art. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Premium Heavyweight Tee

Serious designs deserve the garment-dyed heavyweight, which reads brand rather than handout. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

Bring the idea, we draw the rest

Finished files are welcome but never required. A faded photo, a hand sketch, or three sentences of description all become professional vector art at no charge, proofed back to you within a day. The revision count is unlimited, the approval is in writing, and production does not move an inch until that approval exists.

Hands-on types can skip the wait entirely: the Design Lab puts your art on the actual garment with the price updating live.

06 //

What it costs

Budget planning for Cade customers starts with real numbers. This is our light cotton tee pack pricing with the front print already included.

PiecesTotalEachShipBack print add
10 pack$180$18 ea$18$4 ea
15 pack$250$16.67 ea$18$4 ea
20 pack$320$16 ea$20.99$4 ea

50 pack$700$14 ea$22.99$2 ea
100 pack$1200$12 eaFREE$2 ea

Add-on pricing is deliberately boring: back print per the table (later $3, then $2), oversize front $3 or $2 by volume, extended sizes $6 or $4 by volume. That is the complete list, and the Design Lab computes it live before any quote is written.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

The first step is just getting the idea out of your head: type it into the quote form or mock it up in the Design Lab, rough edges and all.

02

Proof

One day later the proof is in your inbox: your art, your garment, your colors, at true print scale. Revisions never cost a cent.

03

Approve

Your written approval is the gate. Until it exists, nothing prints; once it exists, exactly that design prints.

04

Print and ship

From approval, count 5 to 7 business days to your door. If the event is sooner, ask about rush and get a straight yes or no.

05

Reorder

Art, thread colors, and size history stay archived, so the next season run starts with one email.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

The timeline to Cade addresses is fixed and published: 5 to 7 business days door to door, production included. Shipping rates are flat, visible in the table, and free from 100 pieces.

Every box leaves counted, tracked, and matched to your roster. Shortages and shipping damage are on us to fix, fast, because delivery day is the only day the customer remembers.

Common questions

Do you help with the design?

Always, at no charge. A designer takes your rough input, redraws it print ready, and has a proof in your inbox inside a day, with unlimited revisions after.

Can you handle a large order for your Cade crew?

Absolutely. Bulk is where pack pricing shines, and big mixed-size runs ship counted against your roster with a single person accountable for the date.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

The extended-size rule fits in one line: add $6 per piece below 25 total, $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab applies it automatically.

What is your return policy?

Due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. Double check sizing and artwork before submitting your order. Every order gets a free proof first, and nothing prints until you approve it in writing.

Is there a minimum order?

Yes, 10 pieces. That is the smallest run we print, packs for your Cade crew keep dropping the per piece price from there, and free shipping starts at 100.

What file types work best?

Send whatever exists. Vectors print perfectly, high resolution PNGs print clean, and anything below that gets redrawn free by the design team before it goes near a press.
