From single pieces to full crew runs, Carmichaels gets designed from scratch gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.
In-house designers turn napkin sketches and old low-res logos into print-ready vector art. Free with every order, proof in 24 hours. For Carmichaels, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.
Carmichaels is home to a community of 409 across 0.2 square miles, and every one of those addresses is inside our standard 5 to 7 day delivery window. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Fairdale, PA (1 mi), Nemacolin, PA (3 mi), Ronco, PA (3 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. The closest major installation is Camp Dawson, roughly 33 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.
The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Carmichaels.
A typical week of custom design orders from this corner of Pennsylvania mixes Carmichaels crews with neighbors like Fairdale, 1 miles over, all running through the same designer, the same proof cycle, and the same tracked delivery.
Insignia drawn correctly, with trademark rules respected and flagged. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.
Start with words alone: the design team turns a description into finished art. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.
Typography matched to the era, from Vietnam-period stencil to modern athletic block. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.
One design system across shirts, banners, and signs so everything matches. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.
A tight little product line, designed to move at the table. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.
Faded, blurry, or tiny source art gets redrawn into crisp vectors. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.
The shop runs on habits borrowed from the people we serve: accountability by name, honest reporting, and deadlines that do not slide. Carmichaels customers feel the difference on the first order.
Part of the job is refusing bad orders. When the art, the garment, or the date is wrong, saying so before you pay is the service.
The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.
The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Carmichaels customers, these three earn their keep.
Most new designs land on the Classic first. 80 plus colors means your art gets the exact backdrop it needs. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.
Serious designs deserve the garment-dyed heavyweight, which reads brand rather than handout. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.
Streetwear concepts belong on the 7.5oz max heavyweight with an oversized front or full back. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.
Finished files are welcome but never required. A faded photo, a hand sketch, or three sentences of description all become professional vector art at no charge, proofed back to you within a day. The revision count is unlimited, the approval is in writing, and production does not move an inch until that approval exists.
Hands-on types can skip the wait entirely: the Design Lab puts your art on the actual garment with the price updating live.
The table below is the actual price list Carmichaels customers order from, light cotton tee, front print included, no asterisks.
| Order size | Pack total | Cost per piece | Freight | Back side |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 10 pack | $180 | $18 ea | $18 | $4 ea |
| 15 pack | $250 | $16.67 ea | $18 | $4 ea |
| 20 pack | $320 | $16 ea | $20.99 | $4 ea |
| 25 pack | $375 | $15 ea | $20.99 | $3 ea |
| 50 pack | $700 | $14 ea | $22.99 | $2 ea |
| 100 pack | $1200 | $12 ea | FREE | $2 ea |
Beyond the table, the only extras are per-piece and public: back prints at the listed rate stepping down to $3 then $2, oversized fronts at $3 dropping to $2, and 2XL-plus at $6 dropping to $4. The Design Lab does this arithmetic for you in real time.
The first step is just getting the idea out of your head: type it into the quote form or mock it up in the Design Lab, rough edges and all.
Twenty-four hours gets you a designer-built proof on the exact blank you chose. Iterate freely until it is right.
Your written approval is the gate. Until it exists, nothing prints; once it exists, exactly that design prints.
Approval to doorstep runs 5 to 7 business days as the default, faster when rush is booked and honestly refused when it cannot be.
We archive your art and garment specs, which makes the second order a two minute conversation.
Count 5 to 7 business days, production included, for tracked delivery to Carmichaels addresses. At 100 pieces shipping costs nothing; under that, the flat rates in the table are the whole story.
Boxes get counted twice against the roster before they seal, and the tracking number reaches you the day of pickup. Damage or shortage claims are our expense and our rush.
Included with every order: a designer turns whatever you send into print-ready art, proofs it within 24 hours, and revises free until approved.
Yes. Runs in the hundreds of pieces with mixed sizes and colors are our normal work, managed by one point of contact from proof to delivery.
Simple math: 2XL and up cost $6 more per piece on small orders and $4 more per piece from 25 pieces. No other size fees exist, and the Design Lab totals it live.
Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your carmichaels crew can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.
File quality is our problem, not yours: vectors are ideal, 300 DPI PNGs work, and weak files get redrawn at no charge.
