Custom designed from scratch gear for Chase businesses, schools, teams, churches, and crews. Proofs in 24 hours, delivered in 5 to 7 days.
In-house designers turn napkin sketches and old low-res logos into print-ready vector art. Free with every order, proof in 24 hours. For Chase, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.
All 2.3 square miles of Chase sit inside our normal delivery map, tracked door to door. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Larksville, PA (2 mi), Courtdale, PA (3 mi), Trucksville, PA (3 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. For the military community, Tobyhanna Army Depot sits about 18 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.
Nothing here needs a storefront. Art goes in by phone or upload, a designer proofs it free, and the shipment lands in Chase counted against your roster.
Because Larksville sits only 2 miles from Chase, joint orders across town lines are common here: one proof, one pack price, two delivery stops if needed.
The year on the shirt sets the type style, and the team knows the difference. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.
A single visual system covering everything the event prints. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.
A tight little product line, designed to move at the table. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.
Faded, blurry, or tiny source art gets redrawn into crisp vectors. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.
Unit art drawn right the first time, with anything trademark-sensitive flagged early. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.
Describe it in a sentence; a designer builds it and proofs it within 24 hours. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.
We built this company on a simple standard: print it like the name on it matters. For Chase customers, that means honest timelines, real proofs, and no excuses on delivery day.
The same discipline applies inward: an unrealistic date or a design that will not print well gets flagged before you commit, not explained after.
Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.
The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Chase customers, these three earn their keep.
The 7.5oz boxy blank is where streetwear concepts land, oversized front or full back. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.
Most new designs land on the Classic first. 80 plus colors means your art gets the exact backdrop it needs. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.
When the design is the product, the garment dyed heavyweight makes it feel like a brand, not a handout. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.
Finished files are welcome but never required. A faded photo, a hand sketch, or three sentences of description all become professional vector art at no charge, proofed back to you within a day. The revision count is unlimited, the approval is in writing, and production does not move an inch until that approval exists.
Hands-on types can skip the wait entirely: the Design Lab puts your art on the actual garment with the price updating live.
Start the budget from the real numbers: published light cotton tee packs, front print built into every figure Chase customers see.

Options price per piece: back prints at the listed rate (falling to $3 at 25 and $2 at 50), oversized full-body fronts at $3 under 25 pieces or $2 above, and 2XL-plus sizes at $6 under 25 pieces or $4 above. Every heavier garment keeps this same pack shape at its own numbers, and the Design Lab totals it live while you build.
Start in the Design Lab on the exact garment we print, or send whatever you have through the quote form. Rough ideas are welcome, that is what the free design service is for.
The proof arrives inside a day, drawn at print size on your chosen garment and color. Change anything, as often as needed, at no cost.
Nothing goes to press until you approve the proof in writing. What you sign off on is exactly what prints, that is the whole point of the proof.
Standard turnaround is 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, with rush available when the calendar demands it.
We archive your art and garment specs, which makes the second order a two minute conversation.
Production plus shipping to Chase addresses runs 5 to 7 business days standard, tracked the whole way. Shipping is free at 100 pieces and flat rated below that, exactly as shown in the pricing table above.
Every box leaves counted, tracked, and matched to your roster. Shortages and shipping damage are on us to fix, fast, because delivery day is the only day the customer remembers.
Large runs are the core business: hundreds of pieces, mixed sizes, multiple colors, one named contact who owns it from first proof to the delivery scan.
The extended-size rule fits in one line: add $6 per piece below 25 total, $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab applies it automatically.
There are no returns on custom orders; once printed, the work is final. That is exactly why production never starts without your written approval of a free proof, and why the size roster deserves a second look before you submit.
The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your chase crew can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.
File quality is our problem, not yours: vectors are ideal, 300 DPI PNGs work, and weak files get redrawn at no charge.
We do, at the same pace as domestic orders. Deployed and overseas service members at APO and FPO addresses are covered alongside all 50 states.
