Custom Design delivered to Chewelah

In-house designers turn napkin sketches and old low-res logos into print-ready vector art. Free with every order, proof in 24 hours. For Chewelah, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

Census numbers put Chewelah at about 2,700 people on 3.0 square miles of Washington, all of it covered by the same tracked shipping. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Valley, WA (8 mi), Addy, WA (8 mi), Loon Lake, WA (15 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. The closest major installation is Fairchild Air Force Base, roughly 45 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.

The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Chewelah.

Because Valley sits only 8 miles from Chewelah, joint orders across town lines are common here: one proof, one pack price, two delivery stops if needed.

What Chewelah gets designed from scratch

Era-correct type and layouts

Stencil, athletic, and period-correct lettering matched to the year that matters. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

Event artwork packages

A single visual system covering everything the event prints. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.

Merch line concepts

A small collection designed to sell, not just to exist. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

Logo cleanup and vector redraws

The rescue service: old logos rebuilt as clean vector files that print sharp forever. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.

Unit crest and emblem builds

Insignia drawn correctly, with trademark rules respected and flagged. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

Full designs from a written idea

Start with words alone: the design team turns a description into finished art. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

Serving the military community is not a marketing line here, it is the operating system. Chewelah customers deal with one accountable person, get dates that mean something, and receive work held to a uniform standard.

That standard cuts both ways. If your art needs work or your timeline is impossible, we tell you up front and offer the fix, because a bad shirt with our print on it costs us more than the order.

No sales call needed to get a number.

The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.

04 //

What to print it on

The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Chewelah customers, these three earn their keep.

Max Heavyweight Street Tee

The 7.5oz boxy blank is where streetwear concepts land, oversized front or full back. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

Classic Cotton Tee

Most new designs land on the Classic first. 80 plus colors means your art gets the exact backdrop it needs. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Premium Heavyweight Tee

Serious designs deserve the garment-dyed heavyweight, which reads brand rather than handout. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

No artwork? That is the normal case

Half the orders we take begin as a phone photo of a sketch, an old shirt, or a sentence describing the idea. A designer turns that into print-ready vector art at no charge, sends the proof inside 24 hours, and revises it until you sign off in writing. Nothing is produced before that signature, which is why what shows up matches what you expected.

Prefer hands-on? Build the design yourself in the Design Lab on real product photos, with the running price on screen while you work.

What it costs

Budget planning for Chewelah customers starts with real numbers. This is our light cotton tee pack pricing with the front print already included.

Beyond the table, the only extras are per-piece and public: back prints at the listed rate stepping down to $3 then $2, oversized fronts at $3 dropping to $2, and 2XL-plus at $6 dropping to $4. The Design Lab does this arithmetic for you in real time.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

The first step is just getting the idea out of your head: type it into the quote form or mock it up in the Design Lab, rough edges and all.

02

Proof

The proof arrives inside a day, drawn at print size on your chosen garment and color. Change anything, as often as needed, at no cost.

03

Approve

Nothing goes to press until you approve the proof in writing. What you sign off on is exactly what prints, that is the whole point of the proof.

04

Print and ship

From approval, count 5 to 7 business days to your door. If the event is sooner, ask about rush and get a straight yes or no.

05

Reorder

We archive your art and garment specs, which makes the second order a two minute conversation.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Count 5 to 7 business days, production included, for tracked delivery to Chewelah addresses. At 100 pieces shipping costs nothing; under that, the flat rates in the table are the whole story.

Every box leaves counted, tracked, and matched to your roster. Shortages and shipping damage are on us to fix, fast, because delivery day is the only day the customer remembers.

Common questions

How long does shipping take?

Five to seven business days, all in, from approval to arrival. Rush exists for real deadlines and gets an honest yes or no up front.

Do you help with the design?

Design help is included free. Whatever you have, a napkin sketch, a faded shirt photo, a sentence, becomes a print-ready proof from a real designer within 24 hours.

Can you handle a large order for your Chewelah crew?

Absolutely. Bulk is where pack pricing shines, and big mixed-size runs ship counted against your roster with a single person accountable for the date.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Sizes 2XL and up add $6 per piece under 25 total pieces, or $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab includes it in your estimate automatically.

What is your return policy?

Due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. Double check sizing and artwork before submitting your order. Every order gets a free proof first, and nothing prints until you approve it in writing.

Is there a minimum order?

The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your chewelah crew can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.
