From single pieces to full crew runs, Conrad gets designed from scratch gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.
In-house designers turn napkin sketches and old low-res logos into print-ready vector art. Free with every order, proof in 24 hours. For Conrad, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.
With about 2,400 people spread over 1.3 square miles, Conrad gets the same flat delivery promise as everywhere else we serve: 5 to 7 business days to any door. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Midway Colony, MT (8 mi), Brady, MT (11 mi), New Miami Colony, MT (15 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. For the military community, Malmstrom Air Force Base sits about 55 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.
The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Conrad.
A typical week of custom design orders from this corner of Montana mixes Conrad crews with neighbors like Midway Colony, 8 miles over, all running through the same designer, the same proof cycle, and the same tracked delivery.
Describe it in a sentence; a designer builds it and proofs it within 24 hours. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.
Typography matched to the era, from Vietnam-period stencil to modern athletic block. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.
A single visual system covering everything the event prints. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.
Merch collections designed with selling in mind, not just decoration. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.
The rescue service: old logos rebuilt as clean vector files that print sharp forever. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.
Insignia drawn correctly, with trademark rules respected and flagged. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.
Serving the military community is not a marketing line here, it is the operating system. Conrad customers deal with one accountable person, get dates that mean something, and receive work held to a uniform standard.
Part of the job is refusing bad orders. When the art, the garment, or the date is wrong, saying so before you pay is the service.
The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.
Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Conrad customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.
Max weight, boxy drop, oversized print field: the streetwear formula. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.
The proving ground for new art, with an 80-color palette to frame it perfectly. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.
Put the design on washed heavyweight cotton and it stops being a shirt and starts being merch. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.
Half the orders we take begin as a phone photo of a sketch, an old shirt, or a sentence describing the idea. A designer turns that into print-ready vector art at no charge, sends the proof inside 24 hours, and revises it until you sign off in writing. Nothing is produced before that signature, which is why what shows up matches what you expected.

No mystery pricing. These are the published packs on our light cotton tee, front print included, and Conrad customers watch the per piece cost fall as quantity climbs.

Every heavier garment keeps this same pack shape at its own numbers, and the Design Lab totals it live while you build.
Kick it off however suits you: describe the concept in the quote form or drop your art straight into the Design Lab. Polish is not required at this stage.

You approve in writing before production starts. No surprises at the box opening, because you already saw the shirt.
Approval to doorstep runs 5 to 7 business days as the default, faster when rush is booked and honestly refused when it cannot be.
We archive your art and garment specs, which makes the second order a two minute conversation.
Production plus shipping to Conrad addresses runs 5 to 7 business days standard, tracked the whole way. Shipping is free at 100 pieces and flat rated below that, exactly as shown in the pricing table above.
Orders ship boxed and counted against your size roster, with tracking sent the day they leave. If anything arrives short or damaged, photograph it and send it over, and we correct it at our cost.
Yes, and without giving up your email: the Design Lab keeps the complete total, packs to shipping, on screen while you design.
Standard production plus shipping takes 5 to 7 business days. Rush options are available on many orders, tell us your date and we answer honestly.
Always, at no charge. A designer takes your rough input, redraws it print ready, and has a proof in your inbox inside a day, with unlimited revisions after.
Absolutely. Bulk is where pack pricing shines, and big mixed-size runs ship counted against your roster with a single person accountable for the date.
The extended-size rule fits in one line: add $6 per piece below 25 total, $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab applies it automatically.
Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
Order ten, order fifty, order five hundred: 10 pieces is our floor, and for your Conrad crew, bigger packs simply pull the per-piece price down.
