Custom Design in Crandall, TX.

From single pieces to full crew runs, Crandall gets designed from scratch gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.

Custom Design delivered to Crandall

In-house designers turn napkin sketches and old low-res logos into print-ready vector art. Free with every order, proof in 24 hours. For Crandall, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

With about 5,000 people spread over 6.3 square miles, Crandall gets the same flat delivery promise as everywhere else we serve: 5 to 7 business days to any door. Nearby crews are already in the coverage circle, with Heartland, TX (3 mi), Talty, TX (5 mi), Combine, TX (6 mi) sharing the identical pack rates and timelines. For the military community, NAS JRB Fort Worth sits about 55 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.

The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Crandall.

Custom Design demand around Crandall does not stop at the town line. Crews from Heartland (3 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.

What Crandall gets designed from scratch

Logo cleanup and vector redraws

Faded, blurry, or tiny source art gets redrawn into crisp vectors. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.

Unit crest and emblem builds

Unit art drawn right the first time, with anything trademark-sensitive flagged early. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

Full designs from a written idea

Start with words alone: the design team turns a description into finished art. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.

Era-correct type and layouts

Stencil, athletic, and period-correct lettering matched to the year that matters. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Event artwork packages

Shirts, banners, and signage drawn as one matched system. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

Merch line concepts

Merch collections designed with selling in mind, not just decoration. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

The shop runs on habits borrowed from the people we serve: accountability by name, honest reporting, and deadlines that do not slide. Crandall customers feel the difference on the first order.

It also means we say no when we should. If a design will not print well at the size you want, or a date cannot be hit, you hear it before you spend money, not after.

Build it on the real garment and watch the price calculate live.

Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.

04 //

What to print it on

Garment choice makes or breaks the order. These are the blanks Crandall customers pick most, all designable online on real product photos.

Max Heavyweight Street Tee

Streetwear concepts belong on the 7.5oz max heavyweight with an oversized front or full back. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

Classic Cotton Tee

Most new designs land on the Classic first. 80 plus colors means your art gets the exact backdrop it needs. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.

Premium Heavyweight Tee

When the design is the product, the garment dyed heavyweight makes it feel like a brand, not a handout. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

05 //

No artwork? That is the normal case

Half the orders we take begin as a phone photo of a sketch, an old shirt, or a sentence describing the idea. A designer turns that into print-ready vector art at no charge, sends the proof inside 24 hours, and revises it until you sign off in writing. Nothing is produced before that signature, which is why what shows up matches what you expected.

Prefer hands-on? Build the design yourself in the Design Lab on real product photos, with the running price on screen while you work.

What it costs

Start the budget from the real numbers: published light cotton tee packs, front print built into every figure Crandall customers see.

Beyond the table, the only extras are per-piece and public: back prints at the listed rate stepping down to $3 then $2, oversized fronts at $3 dropping to $2, and 2XL-plus at $6 dropping to $4. The Design Lab does this arithmetic for you in real time.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Two doors in: the quote form if you want a person on it immediately, or the Design Lab if you want to see it on the garment first. Either way, unfinished ideas are the expected input.

02

Proof

Within 24 hours you have a proof in your inbox, drawn to size, on the garment and color you picked. Revisions are unlimited and free.

03

Approve

Nothing goes to press until you approve the proof in writing. What you sign off on is exactly what prints, that is the whole point of the proof.

04

Print and ship

Five to seven business days covers printing and delivery. Tight timeline? Rush gets a truthful quote, not a hopeful one.

05

Reorder

The specs live in our archive permanently: same art, same colors, same result, on demand.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

The timeline to Crandall addresses is fixed and published: 5 to 7 business days door to door, production included. Shipping rates are flat, visible in the table, and free from 100 pieces.

The roster is the packing list: every size counted into the box, tracking issued at pickup, and any shortage or transit damage made right at our cost without argument.

Common questions

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

We do, at the same pace as domestic orders. Deployed and overseas service members at APO and FPO addresses are covered alongside all 50 states.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

Completely. Build the design in the Design Lab and the full order total sits on screen the whole time; no email, no call, no waiting.

How long does shipping take?

Five to seven business days, all in, from approval to arrival. Rush exists for real deadlines and gets an honest yes or no up front.

Do you help with the design?

Design help is included free. Whatever you have, a napkin sketch, a faded shirt photo, a sentence, becomes a print-ready proof from a real designer within 24 hours.

Can you handle a large order for your Crandall crew?

Large runs are the core business: hundreds of pieces, mixed sizes, multiple colors, one named contact who owns it from first proof to the delivery scan.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Simple math: 2XL and up cost $6 more per piece on small orders and $4 more per piece from 25 pieces. No other size fees exist, and the Design Lab totals it live.

What is your return policy?

Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
