Custom Design for Curtis: free 24-hour proofs, published pack pricing, and tracked delivery in 5 to 7 business days.
Curtis crews order designed from scratch gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Curtis address in 5 to 7 business days.
With a community of 824 spread over 1.2 square miles, Curtis gets the same flat delivery promise as everywhere else we serve: 5 to 7 business days to any door. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Maywood, NE (6 mi), Moorefield, NE (7 mi), Stockville, NE (10 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. Fort Riley, around 224 miles from Curtis, anchors the local military community we print for every week.
No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to Curtis.
Custom Design demand around Curtis does not stop at the town line. Crews from Maywood (6 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.
Start with words alone: the design team turns a description into finished art. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.
Stencil, athletic, and period-correct lettering matched to the year that matters. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.
Shirts, banners, and signage drawn as one matched system. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.
A small collection designed to sell, not just to exist. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.
The rescue service: old logos rebuilt as clean vector files that print sharp forever. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.
Crests and emblems built with correct heraldry and licensing rules observed. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.
We print for units, veterans, and military families every day, and the discipline transfers. Curtis customers get straight answers on dates, a named person on their order, and work we would put our own name on.
Honesty runs in both directions here. A doomed timeline or a design that will disappoint gets called out early, with an alternative attached.
Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.
Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Curtis customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.
The proving ground for new art, with an 80-color palette to frame it perfectly. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.
Put the design on washed heavyweight cotton and it stops being a shirt and starts being merch. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.
The 7.5oz boxy blank is where streetwear concepts land, oversized front or full back. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.
Design help is not an upsell here, it is how orders start. Describe the concept in a sentence, attach whatever reference you have, and within 24 hours a real designer returns a proof drawn as clean vectors, era-correct where it matters. Revisions cost nothing and continue until the proof is right, and your written approval is the only thing that sends it to production.
The Design Lab is there when you want to drive: upload, place, and price the design yourself on the exact garment we print.
Start the budget from the real numbers: published light cotton tee packs, front print built into every figure Curtis customers see.

Within 24 hours you have a proof in your inbox, drawn to size, on the garment and color you picked. Revisions are unlimited and free.
Nothing goes to press until you approve the proof in writing. What you sign off on is exactly what prints, that is the whole point of the proof.
Standard turnaround is 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, with rush available when the calendar demands it.
Your art and specs stay on file, so reorders match the first run exactly, down to the ink.
Every order ships tracked to Curtis addresses with standard production plus shipping at 5 to 7 business days. Free shipping kicks in at 100 pieces, and pack shipping rates below that are published, not surprises at checkout.
The roster is the packing list: every size counted into the box, tracking issued at pickup, and any shortage or transit damage made right at our cost without argument.
Yes, and it costs nothing with your order. Send a sketch, an old logo, or just the idea, and a designer sends a print ready proof within 24 hours.
Yes. Runs in the hundreds of pieces with mixed sizes and colors are our normal work, managed by one point of contact from proof to delivery.
The extended-size rule fits in one line: add $6 per piece below 25 total, $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab applies it automatically.
Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
Order ten, order fifty, order five hundred: 10 pieces is our floor, and for your Curtis crew, bigger packs simply pull the per-piece price down.
Best case: vector art (AI, SVG, EPS, PDF). Very good case: a 300 DPI transparent PNG. Worst case: a screenshot, which our designers redraw at no charge anyway.
Yes. We ship to all 50 states and to APO and FPO addresses for deployed and overseas service members.
