Custom Design delivered to Daykin

In-house designers turn napkin sketches and old low-res logos into print-ready vector art. Free with every order, proof in 24 hours. For Daykin, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

With a community of 152 spread over 0.2 square miles, Daykin gets the same flat delivery promise as everywhere else we serve: 5 to 7 business days to any door. Nearby crews are already in the coverage circle, with Alexandria, NE (7 mi), Tobias, NE (7 mi), Western, NE (7 mi) sharing the identical pack rates and timelines. The closest major installation is Fort Riley, roughly 93 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.

No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to Daykin.

A typical week of custom design orders from this corner of Nebraska mixes Daykin crews with neighbors like Alexandria, 7 miles over, all running through the same designer, the same proof cycle, and the same tracked delivery.

What Daykin gets designed from scratch

Full designs from a written idea

Describe it in a sentence; a designer builds it and proofs it within 24 hours. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.

Era-correct type and layouts

The year on the shirt sets the type style, and the team knows the difference. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

Event artwork packages

One design system across shirts, banners, and signs so everything matches. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.

Merch line concepts

A small collection designed to sell, not just to exist. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.

Logo cleanup and vector redraws

Faded, blurry, or tiny source art gets redrawn into crisp vectors. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

Unit crest and emblem builds

Unit art drawn right the first time, with anything trademark-sensitive flagged early. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

We print for units, veterans, and military families every day, and the discipline transfers. Daykin customers get straight answers on dates, a named person on their order, and work we would put our own name on.

Part of the job is refusing bad orders. When the art, the garment, or the date is wrong, saying so before you pay is the service.

Build it on the real garment and watch the price calculate live.

The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.

04 //

What to print it on

Garment choice makes or breaks the order. These are the blanks Daykin customers pick most, all designable online on real product photos.

Classic Cotton Tee

The proving ground for new art, with an 80-color palette to frame it perfectly. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

Premium Heavyweight Tee

When the design is the product, the garment dyed heavyweight makes it feel like a brand, not a handout. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.

Max Heavyweight Street Tee

The 7.5oz boxy blank is where streetwear concepts land, oversized front or full back. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

05 //

Bring the idea, we draw the rest

Finished files are welcome but never required. A faded photo, a hand sketch, or three sentences of description all become professional vector art at no charge, proofed back to you within a day. The revision count is unlimited, the approval is in writing, and production does not move an inch until that approval exists.

Hands-on types can skip the wait entirely: the Design Lab puts your art on the actual garment with the price updating live.

What it costs

The table below is the actual price list Daykin customers order from, light cotton tee, front print included, no asterisks.

Three add-ons exist and all are flat per piece: the back print at the table rate ($3 from 25 pieces, $2 from 50), the oversized front at $3 or $2 depending on quantity, and extended sizes at $6 or $4. Nothing else gets added. The Design Lab applies every rule automatically, and the written quote confirms the total before anything is charged.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Send the idea through the quote form or build it yourself in the Design Lab. A napkin sketch photographed on a phone counts, our designers have built full unit runs from less.

02

Proof

One day later the proof is in your inbox: your art, your garment, your colors, at true print scale. Revisions never cost a cent.

03

Approve

The press does not move without your written yes. It is the single checkpoint that makes the no-returns policy fair.

04

Print and ship

Approval to doorstep runs 5 to 7 business days as the default, faster when rush is booked and honestly refused when it cannot be.

05

Reorder

The specs live in our archive permanently: same art, same colors, same result, on demand.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Delivery to Daykin addresses follows one simple clock: 5 to 7 business days including production, with tracking from the moment it leaves. Hit 100 pieces and the shipping line drops to zero.

The roster is the packing list: every size counted into the box, tracking issued at pickup, and any shortage or transit damage made right at our cost without argument.

Common questions

Can you handle a large order for your Daykin crew?

Large orders are the specialty, not the exception: hundreds of mixed-size pieces, roster-counted boxes, one accountable contact.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Simple math: 2XL and up cost $6 more per piece on small orders and $4 more per piece from 25 pieces. No other size fees exist, and the Design Lab totals it live.

What is your return policy?

Finality is the nature of custom work: no returns once it prints. Your protections live earlier in the process, in the free proof and the written approval that nothing skips.

Is there a minimum order?

The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your daykin crew can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.

What file types work best?

Vector files such as AI, SVG, EPS, and PDF are ideal. A 300 DPI PNG with a transparent background also prints clean. If all you have is a screenshot, we redraw it free.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

We do, at the same pace as domestic orders. Deployed and overseas service members at APO and FPO addresses are covered alongside all 50 states.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

That is the point of the Design Lab: the complete number, packs, back prints, size upcharges, shipping, updates live while you design, before any contact form.
