There are no returns on custom orders; once printed, the work is final. That is exactly why production never starts without your written approval of a free proof, and why the size roster deserves a second look before you submit.
The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your dunean crew can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.
