Custom Design for Ezel: free 24-hour proofs, published pack pricing, and tracked delivery in 5 to 7 business days.
In-house designers turn napkin sketches and old low-res logos into print-ready vector art. Free with every order, proof in 24 hours. For Ezel, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.
All 0.9 square miles of Ezel sit inside our normal delivery map, tracked door to door. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Hazel Green, KY (6 mi), West Liberty, KY (10 mi), Frenchburg, KY (11 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. For the military community, Fort Knox sits about 136 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.
The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Ezel.
Because Hazel Green sits only 6 miles from Ezel, joint orders across town lines are common here: one proof, one pack price, two delivery stops if needed.
Describe it in a sentence; a designer builds it and proofs it within 24 hours. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.
Typography matched to the era, from Vietnam-period stencil to modern athletic block. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.
One design system across shirts, banners, and signs so everything matches. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.
A tight little product line, designed to move at the table. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.
A phone photo of a faded shirt becomes clean, print-ready vector art. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.
Crests and emblems built with correct heraldry and licensing rules observed. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.
We built this company on a simple standard: print it like the name on it matters. For Ezel customers, that means honest timelines, real proofs, and no excuses on delivery day.
Honesty runs in both directions here. A doomed timeline or a design that will disappoint gets called out early, with an alternative attached.
Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.
Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Ezel customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.
Most new designs land on the Classic first. 80 plus colors means your art gets the exact backdrop it needs. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.
When the design is the product, the garment dyed heavyweight makes it feel like a brand, not a handout. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.
Streetwear concepts belong on the 7.5oz max heavyweight with an oversized front or full back. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.
Half the orders we take begin as a phone photo of a sketch, an old shirt, or a sentence describing the idea. A designer turns that into print-ready vector art at no charge, sends the proof inside 24 hours, and revises it until you sign off in writing. Nothing is produced before that signature, which is why what shows up matches what you expected.
Prefer hands-on? Build the design yourself in the Design Lab on real product photos, with the running price on screen while you work.
Here is what Ezel customers actually pay, starting from our light cotton tee. Every price includes a standard front print, and the number only moves down as the pack gets bigger.
| Order size | Pack total | Cost per piece | Freight | Back side |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 10 pieces | $180 | $18 ea | $18 | $4 ea |
| 15 pieces | $250 | $16.67 ea | $18 | $4 ea |
| 20 pieces | $320 | $16 ea | $20.99 | $4 ea |
| 25 pieces | $375 | $15 ea | $20.99 | $3 ea |
| 50 pieces | $700 | $14 ea | $22.99 | $2 ea |
| 100 pieces | $1200 | $12 ea | FREE | $2 ea |
Add-on pricing is deliberately boring: back print per the table (later $3, then $2), oversize front $3 or $2 by volume, extended sizes $6 or $4 by volume. That is the complete list, and the Design Lab computes it live before any quote is written.
Start in the Design Lab on the exact garment we print, or send whatever you have through the quote form. Rough ideas are welcome, that is what the free design service is for.
One day later the proof is in your inbox: your art, your garment, your colors, at true print scale. Revisions never cost a cent.
Nothing goes to press until you approve the proof in writing. What you sign off on is exactly what prints, that is the whole point of the proof.
Production and shipping run 5 to 7 business days standard. Rush options exist and get quoted honestly against your date.
The specs live in our archive permanently: same art, same colors, same result, on demand.
Count 5 to 7 business days, production included, for tracked delivery to Ezel addresses. At 100 pieces shipping costs nothing; under that, the flat rates in the table are the whole story.
The roster is the packing list: every size counted into the box, tracking issued at pickup, and any shortage or transit damage made right at our cost without argument.
Standard production plus shipping takes 5 to 7 business days. Rush options are available on many orders, tell us your date and we answer honestly.
Always, at no charge. A designer takes your rough input, redraws it print ready, and has a proof in your inbox inside a day, with unlimited revisions after.
Absolutely. Bulk is where pack pricing shines, and big mixed-size runs ship counted against your roster with a single person accountable for the date.
Extended sizes carry a flat per-piece add: $6 when the order is under 25 pieces, $4 once it reaches 25. The estimate in the Design Lab applies it for you.
There are no returns on custom orders; once printed, the work is final. That is exactly why production never starts without your written approval of a free proof, and why the size roster deserves a second look before you submit.
The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your ezel crew can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.
File quality is our problem, not yours: vectors are ideal, 300 DPI PNGs work, and weak files get redrawn at no charge.
