Custom Design delivered to Fairdale

In-house designers turn napkin sketches and old low-res logos into print-ready vector art. Free with every order, proof in 24 hours. For Fairdale, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

With a community of 27 spread over 0.3 square miles, Fairdale gets the same flat delivery promise as everywhere else we serve: 5 to 7 business days to any door. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Adams, ND (9 mi), Nekoma, ND (9 mi), Edmore, ND (12 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. The closest major installation is Grand Forks Air Force Base, roughly 66 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.

The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Fairdale.

Custom Design demand around Fairdale does not stop at the town line. Crews from Adams (9 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.

What Fairdale gets designed from scratch

Unit crest and emblem builds

Unit art drawn right the first time, with anything trademark-sensitive flagged early. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

Full designs from a written idea

A sentence of description is enough input for a full designed proof inside a day. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.

Era-correct type and layouts

Stencil, athletic, and period-correct lettering matched to the year that matters. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

Event artwork packages

A single visual system covering everything the event prints. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

Merch line concepts

A small collection designed to sell, not just to exist. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

Logo cleanup and vector redraws

A phone photo of a faded shirt becomes clean, print-ready vector art. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

We print for units, veterans, and military families every day, and the discipline transfers. Fairdale customers get straight answers on dates, a named person on their order, and work we would put our own name on.

It also means we say no when we should. If a design will not print well at the size you want, or a date cannot be hit, you hear it before you spend money, not after.

No sales call needed to get a number.

Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.

What to print it on

Garment choice makes or breaks the order. These are the blanks Fairdale customers pick most, all designable online on real product photos.

Classic Cotton Tee

The proving ground for new art, with an 80-color palette to frame it perfectly. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

Premium Heavyweight Tee

When the design is the product, the garment dyed heavyweight makes it feel like a brand, not a handout. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

Max Heavyweight Street Tee

Max weight, boxy drop, oversized print field: the streetwear formula. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

Bring the idea, we draw the rest

Finished files are welcome but never required. A faded photo, a hand sketch, or three sentences of description all become professional vector art at no charge, proofed back to you within a day. The revision count is unlimited, the approval is in writing, and production does not move an inch until that approval exists.

Hands-on types can skip the wait entirely: the Design Lab puts your art on the actual garment with the price updating live.

What it costs

Here is what Fairdale customers actually pay, starting from our light cotton tee. Every price includes a standard front print, and the number only moves down as the pack gets bigger.

QuantityPack pricePer shirtShippingAdd back print
10 pieces$180$18 ea$18$4 ea
15 pieces$250$16.67 ea$18$4 ea

50 pieces$700$14 ea$22.99$2 ea
100 pieces$1200$12 eaFREE$2 ea

Beyond the table, the only extras are per-piece and public: back prints at the listed rate stepping down to $3 then $2, oversized fronts at $3 dropping to $2, and 2XL-plus at $6 dropping to $4. The Design Lab does this arithmetic for you in real time.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Kick it off however suits you: describe the concept in the quote form or drop your art straight into the Design Lab. Polish is not required at this stage.

02

Proof

Within 24 hours you have a proof in your inbox, drawn to size, on the garment and color you picked. Revisions are unlimited and free.

03

Approve

Production waits for one thing only: your written sign-off on the proof. That signature is the contract for exactly what prints.

04

Print and ship

Production and shipping run 5 to 7 business days standard. Rush options exist and get quoted honestly against your date.

05

Reorder

Art, thread colors, and size history stay archived, so the next season run starts with one email.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Delivery to Fairdale addresses follows one simple clock: 5 to 7 business days including production, with tracking from the moment it leaves. Hit 100 pieces and the shipping line drops to zero.

Before sealing, every carton is counted against the size roster, and tracking goes out the same day. Anything short or damaged gets replaced at our cost on an expedited timeline.

Common questions

How long does shipping take?

Five to seven business days, all in, from approval to arrival. Rush exists for real deadlines and gets an honest yes or no up front.

Do you help with the design?

Design help is included free. Whatever you have, a napkin sketch, a faded shirt photo, a sentence, becomes a print-ready proof from a real designer within 24 hours.

Can you handle a large order for your Fairdale crew?

Large runs are the core business: hundreds of pieces, mixed sizes, multiple colors, one named contact who owns it from first proof to the delivery scan.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Simple math: 2XL and up cost $6 more per piece on small orders and $4 more per piece from 25 pieces. No other size fees exist, and the Design Lab totals it live.

What is your return policy?

There are no returns on custom orders; once printed, the work is final. That is exactly why production never starts without your written approval of a free proof, and why the size roster deserves a second look before you submit.

Is there a minimum order?

Order ten, order fifty, order five hundred: 10 pieces is our floor, and for your Fairdale crew, bigger packs simply pull the per-piece price down.
