Custom Design delivered to Fairgarden

Fairgarden crews order designed from scratch gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Fairgarden address in 5 to 7 business days.

From one end of Fairgarden to the other, 1.7 square miles, the shipping promise does not change: 5 to 7 business days, tracked. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Dandridge, TN (9 mi), Sevierville, TN (9 mi), Pittman Center, TN (10 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. Arnold Air Force Base, around 162 miles from Fairgarden, anchors the local military community we print for every week.

The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Fairgarden.

A typical week of custom design orders from this corner of Tennessee mixes Fairgarden crews with neighbors like Dandridge, 9 miles over, all running through the same designer, the same proof cycle, and the same tracked delivery.

What Fairgarden gets designed from scratch

Event artwork packages

Shirts, banners, and signage drawn as one matched system. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.

Merch line concepts

Merch collections designed with selling in mind, not just decoration. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.

Logo cleanup and vector redraws

A phone photo of a faded shirt becomes clean, print-ready vector art. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

Unit crest and emblem builds

Crests and emblems built with correct heraldry and licensing rules observed. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Full designs from a written idea

A sentence of description is enough input for a full designed proof inside a day. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

Era-correct type and layouts

The year on the shirt sets the type style, and the team knows the difference. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

We built this company on a simple standard: print it like the name on it matters. For Fairgarden customers, that means honest timelines, real proofs, and no excuses on delivery day.

It also means we say no when we should. If a design will not print well at the size you want, or a date cannot be hit, you hear it before you spend money, not after.

Build it on the real garment and watch the price calculate live.

The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.

04 //

What to print it on

Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Fairgarden customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.

Premium Heavyweight Tee

Put the design on washed heavyweight cotton and it stops being a shirt and starts being merch. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

Max Heavyweight Street Tee

Max weight, boxy drop, oversized print field: the streetwear formula. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.

Classic Cotton Tee

Most new designs land on the Classic first. 80 plus colors means your art gets the exact backdrop it needs. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

05 //

The art department is included

Design help is not an upsell here, it is how orders start. Describe the concept in a sentence, attach whatever reference you have, and within 24 hours a real designer returns a proof drawn as clean vectors, era-correct where it matters. Revisions cost nothing and continue until the proof is right, and your written approval is the only thing that sends it to production.

The Design Lab is there when you want to drive: upload, place, and price the design yourself on the exact garment we print.

06 //

What it costs

Start the budget from the real numbers: published light cotton tee packs, front print built into every figure Fairgarden customers see.

QuantityPack pricePer shirtShippingAdd back print
10 pieces$180$18 ea$18$4 ea
15 pieces$250$16.67 ea$18$4 ea
20 pieces$320$16 ea$20.99$4 ea

50 pieces$700$14 ea$22.99$2 ea
100 pieces$1200$12 eaFREE$2 ea

Three add-ons exist and all are flat per piece: the back print at the table rate ($3 from 25 pieces, $2 from 50), the oversized front at $3 or $2 depending on quantity, and extended sizes at $6 or $4. Nothing else gets added. The Design Lab applies every rule automatically, and the written quote confirms the total before anything is charged.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Two doors in: the quote form if you want a person on it immediately, or the Design Lab if you want to see it on the garment first. Either way, unfinished ideas are the expected input.

02

Proof

The proof arrives inside a day, drawn at print size on your chosen garment and color. Change anything, as often as needed, at no cost.

03

Approve

You approve in writing before production starts. No surprises at the box opening, because you already saw the shirt.

04

Print and ship

Approval to doorstep runs 5 to 7 business days as the default, faster when rush is booked and honestly refused when it cannot be.

05

Reorder

We archive your art and garment specs, which makes the second order a two minute conversation.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

The timeline to Fairgarden addresses is fixed and published: 5 to 7 business days door to door, production included. Shipping rates are flat, visible in the table, and free from 100 pieces.

The roster is the packing list: every size counted into the box, tracking issued at pickup, and any shortage or transit damage made right at our cost without argument.

Common questions

Can you handle a large order for your Fairgarden crew?

Large orders are the specialty, not the exception: hundreds of mixed-size pieces, roster-counted boxes, one accountable contact.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

The extended-size rule fits in one line: add $6 per piece below 25 total, $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab applies it automatically.

What is your return policy?

Finality is the nature of custom work: no returns once it prints. Your protections live earlier in the process, in the free proof and the written approval that nothing skips.

Is there a minimum order?

Our minimum is 10 pieces. Packs for your Fairgarden crew begin at 10, the per piece price falls as the count climbs, and shipping goes free at 100.

What file types work best?

Send whatever exists. Vectors print perfectly, high resolution PNGs print clean, and anything below that gets redrawn free by the design team before it goes near a press.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

Yes. We ship to all 50 states and to APO and FPO addresses for deployed and overseas service members.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

Completely. Build the design in the Design Lab and the full order total sits on screen the whole time; no email, no call, no waiting.
