From single pieces to full crew runs, Farmer gets designed from scratch gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.
In-house designers turn napkin sketches and old low-res logos into print-ready vector art. Free with every order, proof in 24 hours. For Farmer, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.
Census numbers put Farmer at a community of 16 on 0.1 square miles of South Dakota, all of it covered by the same tracked shipping. Nearby crews are already in the coverage circle, with Spencer, SD (5 mi), Fulton, SD (7 mi), Alexandria, SD (7 mi) sharing the identical pack rates and timelines. Offutt Air Force Base, around 199 miles from Farmer, anchors the local military community we print for every week.
The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Farmer.
Custom Design demand around Farmer does not stop at the town line. Crews from Spencer (5 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.
A sentence of description is enough input for a full designed proof inside a day. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.
The year on the shirt sets the type style, and the team knows the difference. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.
Shirts, banners, and signage drawn as one matched system. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.
A tight little product line, designed to move at the table. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.
A phone photo of a faded shirt becomes clean, print-ready vector art. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.
Crests and emblems built with correct heraldry and licensing rules observed. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.
Serving the military community is not a marketing line here, it is the operating system. Farmer customers deal with one accountable person, get dates that mean something, and receive work held to a uniform standard.
Part of the job is refusing bad orders. When the art, the garment, or the date is wrong, saying so before you pay is the service.
Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.
Garment choice makes or breaks the order. These are the blanks Farmer customers pick most, all designable online on real product photos.
The 7.5oz boxy blank is where streetwear concepts land, oversized front or full back. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.
The proving ground for new art, with an 80-color palette to frame it perfectly. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.
Serious designs deserve the garment-dyed heavyweight, which reads brand rather than handout. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.
Finished files are welcome but never required. A faded photo, a hand sketch, or three sentences of description all become professional vector art at no charge, proofed back to you within a day. The revision count is unlimited, the approval is in writing, and production does not move an inch until that approval exists.
Hands-on types can skip the wait entirely: the Design Lab puts your art on the actual garment with the price updating live.
The table below is the actual price list Farmer customers order from, light cotton tee, front print included, no asterisks.
| Pieces | Total | Each | Ship | Back print add |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 10 pack | $180 | $18 ea | $18 | $4 ea |
| 15 pack | $250 | $16.67 ea | $18 | $4 ea |
| 20 pack | $320 | $16 ea | $20.99 | $4 ea |
| 25 pack | $375 | $15 ea | $20.99 | $3 ea |
| 50 pack | $700 | $14 ea | $22.99 | $2 ea |
| 100 pack | $1200 | $12 ea | FREE | $2 ea |
Back prints add per piece at the rate shown, dropping to $3 at 25 pieces and $2 at 50. Oversized full body fronts add $3 per piece under 25 pieces and $2 at 25 or more, and sizes 2XL and up add $6 each under 25 pieces or $4 each at 25 or more. Heavier garments follow the same pack structure at their own price points, all shown live in the Design Lab.
Send the idea through the quote form or build it yourself in the Design Lab. A napkin sketch photographed on a phone counts, our designers have built full unit runs from less.
The proof arrives inside a day, drawn at print size on your chosen garment and color. Change anything, as often as needed, at no cost.
Nothing goes to press until you approve the proof in writing. What you sign off on is exactly what prints, that is the whole point of the proof.
Standard turnaround is 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, with rush available when the calendar demands it.
The specs live in our archive permanently: same art, same colors, same result, on demand.
Count 5 to 7 business days, production included, for tracked delivery to Farmer addresses. At 100 pieces shipping costs nothing; under that, the flat rates in the table are the whole story.
Before sealing, every carton is counted against the size roster, and tracking goes out the same day. Anything short or damaged gets replaced at our cost on an expedited timeline.
Large runs are the core business: hundreds of pieces, mixed sizes, multiple colors, one named contact who owns it from first proof to the delivery scan.
Simple math: 2XL and up cost $6 more per piece on small orders and $4 more per piece from 25 pieces. No other size fees exist, and the Design Lab totals it live.
Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
Order ten, order fifty, order five hundred: 10 pieces is our floor, and for your Farmer crew, bigger packs simply pull the per-piece price down.
Best case: vector art (AI, SVG, EPS, PDF). Very good case: a 300 DPI transparent PNG. Worst case: a screenshot, which our designers redraw at no charge anyway.
Deployed addresses are first-class here: APO and FPO ship on the standard timeline, right alongside all 50 states.
Yes, and without giving up your email: the Design Lab keeps the complete total, packs to shipping, on screen while you design.
