From single pieces to full crew runs, Foreman gets designed from scratch gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.
In-house designers turn napkin sketches and old low-res logos into print-ready vector art. Free with every order, proof in 24 hours. For Foreman, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.
Foreman is home to a community of 950 across 2.0 square miles, and every one of those addresses is inside our standard 5 to 7 day delivery window. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Winthrop, AR (8 mi), Alleene, AR (8 mi), Wilton, AR (14 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. Barksdale Air Force Base, around 93 miles from Foreman, anchors the local military community we print for every week.
No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to Foreman.
Because Winthrop sits only 8 miles from Foreman, joint orders across town lines are common here: one proof, one pack price, two delivery stops if needed.
Describe it in a sentence; a designer builds it and proofs it within 24 hours. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.
Stencil, athletic, and period-correct lettering matched to the year that matters. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.
One design system across shirts, banners, and signs so everything matches. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.
A tight little product line, designed to move at the table. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.
A phone photo of a faded shirt becomes clean, print-ready vector art. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.
Crests and emblems built with correct heraldry and licensing rules observed. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.
Serving the military community is not a marketing line here, it is the operating system. Foreman customers deal with one accountable person, get dates that mean something, and receive work held to a uniform standard.
That standard cuts both ways. If your art needs work or your timeline is impossible, we tell you up front and offer the fix, because a bad shirt with our print on it costs us more than the order.
Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.
Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Foreman customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.
Streetwear concepts belong on the 7.5oz max heavyweight with an oversized front or full back. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.
Most new designs land on the Classic first. 80 plus colors means your art gets the exact backdrop it needs. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.
When the design is the product, the garment dyed heavyweight makes it feel like a brand, not a handout. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.
Half the orders we take begin as a phone photo of a sketch, an old shirt, or a sentence describing the idea. A designer turns that into print-ready vector art at no charge, sends the proof inside 24 hours, and revises it until you sign off in writing. Nothing is produced before that signature, which is why what shows up matches what you expected.
Prefer hands-on? Build the design yourself in the Design Lab on real product photos, with the running price on screen while you work.
No mystery pricing. These are the published packs on our light cotton tee, front print included, and Foreman customers watch the per piece cost fall as quantity climbs.
| Order size | Pack total | Cost per piece | Freight | Back side |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 10 pieces | $180 | $18 ea | $18 | $4 ea |
| 15 pieces | $250 | $16.67 ea | $18 | $4 ea |
| 20 pieces | $320 | $16 ea | $20.99 | $4 ea |
| 25 pieces | $375 | $15 ea | $20.99 | $3 ea |
| 50 pieces | $700 | $14 ea | $22.99 | $2 ea |
| 100 pieces | $1200 | $12 ea | FREE | $2 ea |
Add-on pricing is deliberately boring: back print per the table (later $3, then $2), oversize front $3 or $2 by volume, extended sizes $6 or $4 by volume. That is the complete list, and the Design Lab computes it live before any quote is written.
Two doors in: the quote form if you want a person on it immediately, or the Design Lab if you want to see it on the garment first. Either way, unfinished ideas are the expected input.
One day later the proof is in your inbox: your art, your garment, your colors, at true print scale. Revisions never cost a cent.
Production waits for one thing only: your written sign-off on the proof. That signature is the contract for exactly what prints.
Production and shipping run 5 to 7 business days standard. Rush options exist and get quoted honestly against your date.
Art, thread colors, and size history stay archived, so the next season run starts with one email.
Every order ships tracked to Foreman addresses with standard production plus shipping at 5 to 7 business days. Free shipping kicks in at 100 pieces, and pack shipping rates below that are published, not surprises at checkout.
Every box leaves counted, tracked, and matched to your roster. Shortages and shipping damage are on us to fix, fast, because delivery day is the only day the customer remembers.
The standard clock is 5 to 7 business days covering both production and delivery. Many orders can run faster; name the date and we will confirm or decline honestly.
Yes, and it costs nothing with your order. Send a sketch, an old logo, or just the idea, and a designer sends a print ready proof within 24 hours.
Yes. Runs in the hundreds of pieces with mixed sizes and colors are our normal work, managed by one point of contact from proof to delivery.
The extended-size rule fits in one line: add $6 per piece below 25 total, $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab applies it automatically.
Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
Our minimum is 10 pieces. Packs for your Foreman crew begin at 10, the per piece price falls as the count climbs, and shipping goes free at 100.
File quality is our problem, not yours: vectors are ideal, 300 DPI PNGs work, and weak files get redrawn at no charge.
