Custom Design delivered to Granite

Granite crews order designed from scratch gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Granite address in 5 to 7 business days.

Granite covers 1.1 square miles of Utah, and delivery reaches every address in it on the standard 5 to 7 day window. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Cottonwood Heights, UT (3 mi), Sandy, UT (3 mi), White City metro township, UT (4 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. The closest major installation is Camp Williams, roughly 10 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.

No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to Granite.

Custom Design demand around Granite does not stop at the town line. Crews from Cottonwood Heights (3 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.

What Granite gets designed from scratch

Event artwork packages

Shirts, banners, and signage drawn as one matched system. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

Merch line concepts

A small collection designed to sell, not just to exist. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Logo cleanup and vector redraws

The rescue service: old logos rebuilt as clean vector files that print sharp forever. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

Unit crest and emblem builds

Crests and emblems built with correct heraldry and licensing rules observed. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Full designs from a written idea

Describe it in a sentence; a designer builds it and proofs it within 24 hours. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

Era-correct type and layouts

Typography matched to the era, from Vietnam-period stencil to modern athletic block. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

This shop exists for the military community, and it shows in how orders run. Deadlines are treated like formation times, proofs are honest instead of optimistic, and when Granite customers call, a person who owns the order answers.

That standard cuts both ways. If your art needs work or your timeline is impossible, we tell you up front and offer the fix, because a bad shirt with our print on it costs us more than the order.

Build it on the real garment and watch the price calculate live.

Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.

What to print it on

Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Granite customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.

Max Heavyweight Street Tee

Max weight, boxy drop, oversized print field: the streetwear formula. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

Classic Cotton Tee

The proving ground for new art, with an 80-color palette to frame it perfectly. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

Premium Heavyweight Tee

Put the design on washed heavyweight cotton and it stops being a shirt and starts being merch. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.

Design help that costs nothing

Every order includes the design team. They rescue low-resolution logos, invent art from plain descriptions, and keep insignia and period typography accurate when the concept demands it. Twenty-four hours after you send the idea, the proof is in your inbox; as many revisions as it takes come free, and your written sign-off is what starts the presses.

Or open the Design Lab and lay the design out yourself, priced in real time on the exact blank.

What it costs

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Kick it off however suits you: describe the concept in the quote form or drop your art straight into the Design Lab. Polish is not required at this stage.

02

Proof

Twenty-four hours gets you a designer-built proof on the exact blank you chose. Iterate freely until it is right.

03

Approve

Nothing goes to press until you approve the proof in writing. What you sign off on is exactly what prints, that is the whole point of the proof.

04

Print and ship

Approval to doorstep runs 5 to 7 business days as the default, faster when rush is booked and honestly refused when it cannot be.

05

Reorder

Your art and specs stay on file, so reorders match the first run exactly, down to the ink.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Count 5 to 7 business days, production included, for tracked delivery to Granite addresses. At 100 pieces shipping costs nothing; under that, the flat rates in the table are the whole story.

Before sealing, every carton is counted against the size roster, and tracking goes out the same day. Anything short or damaged gets replaced at our cost on an expedited timeline.

Common questions

Can you handle a large order for your Granite crew?

Large runs are the core business: hundreds of pieces, mixed sizes, multiple colors, one named contact who owns it from first proof to the delivery scan.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Extended sizes carry a flat per-piece add: $6 when the order is under 25 pieces, $4 once it reaches 25. The estimate in the Design Lab applies it for you.

What is your return policy?

Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.

Is there a minimum order?

Order ten, order fifty, order five hundred: 10 pieces is our floor, and for your Granite crew, bigger packs simply pull the per-piece price down.

What file types work best?

File quality is our problem, not yours: vectors are ideal, 300 DPI PNGs work, and weak files get redrawn at no charge.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

Yes, APO and FPO delivery is standard here, not an exception, and every state in the country ships the same way.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

Yes, and without giving up your email: the Design Lab keeps the complete total, packs to shipping, on screen while you design.
