From single pieces to full crew runs, Grant gets designed from scratch gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.
In-house designers turn napkin sketches and old low-res logos into print-ready vector art. Free with every order, proof in 24 hours. For Grant, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.
Census numbers put Grant at about 1,100 people on 0.8 square miles of Nebraska, all of it covered by the same tracked shipping. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Madrid, NE (10 mi), Venango, NE (18 mi), Elsie, NE (18 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. The closest major installation is F.E. Warren Air Force Base, roughly 161 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.
No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to Grant.
Custom Design demand around Grant does not stop at the town line. Crews from Madrid (10 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.
Merch collections designed with selling in mind, not just decoration. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.
A phone photo of a faded shirt becomes clean, print-ready vector art. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.
Unit art drawn right the first time, with anything trademark-sensitive flagged early. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.
Start with words alone: the design team turns a description into finished art. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.
Stencil, athletic, and period-correct lettering matched to the year that matters. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.
One design system across shirts, banners, and signs so everything matches. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.
The shop runs on habits borrowed from the people we serve: accountability by name, honest reporting, and deadlines that do not slide. Grant customers feel the difference on the first order.
It also means we say no when we should. If a design will not print well at the size you want, or a date cannot be hit, you hear it before you spend money, not after.
Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.
The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Grant customers, these three earn their keep.
Serious designs deserve the garment-dyed heavyweight, which reads brand rather than handout. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.
The 7.5oz boxy blank is where streetwear concepts land, oversized front or full back. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.
Most new designs land on the Classic first. 80 plus colors means your art gets the exact backdrop it needs. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.
The gap between what you have and what a press needs is our designers job to close, free with any order. Whatever the starting point, the output is the same: clean vectors, correct insignia, a proof within 24 hours, and unlimited revisions until you approve it in writing. Only then does anything print.
The Design Lab offers the self-serve path, with your art positioned on real product photos and the total priced as you go.
Here is what Grant customers actually pay, starting from our light cotton tee. Every price includes a standard front print, and the number only moves down as the pack gets bigger.

|---|---|---|---|---|
| 10 pieces | $180 | $18 ea | $18 | $4 ea |
| 15 pieces | $250 | $16.67 ea | $18 | $4 ea |
| 20 pieces | $320 | $16 ea | $20.99 | $4 ea |
| 25 pieces | $375 | $15 ea | $20.99 | $3 ea |

Add-on pricing is deliberately boring: back print per the table (later $3, then $2), oversize front $3 or $2 by volume, extended sizes $6 or $4 by volume. That is the complete list, and the Design Lab computes it live before any quote is written.
Start in the Design Lab on the exact garment we print, or send whatever you have through the quote form. Rough ideas are welcome, that is what the free design service is for.
One day later the proof is in your inbox: your art, your garment, your colors, at true print scale. Revisions never cost a cent.
You approve in writing before production starts. No surprises at the box opening, because you already saw the shirt.
Approval to doorstep runs 5 to 7 business days as the default, faster when rush is booked and honestly refused when it cannot be.
We archive your art and garment specs, which makes the second order a two minute conversation.
Count 5 to 7 business days, production included, for tracked delivery to Grant addresses. At 100 pieces shipping costs nothing; under that, the flat rates in the table are the whole story.
The roster is the packing list: every size counted into the box, tracking issued at pickup, and any shortage or transit damage made right at our cost without argument.
Yes. Runs in the hundreds of pieces with mixed sizes and colors are our normal work, managed by one point of contact from proof to delivery.
Extended sizes carry a flat per-piece add: $6 when the order is under 25 pieces, $4 once it reaches 25. The estimate in the Design Lab applies it for you.
There are no returns on custom orders; once printed, the work is final. That is exactly why production never starts without your written approval of a free proof, and why the size roster deserves a second look before you submit.
The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your grant crew can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.
Vector files such as AI, SVG, EPS, and PDF are ideal. A 300 DPI PNG with a transparent background also prints clean. If all you have is a screenshot, we redraw it free.
We do, at the same pace as domestic orders. Deployed and overseas service members at APO and FPO addresses are covered alongside all 50 states.
