Custom Design delivered to Greenwood

In-house designers turn napkin sketches and old low-res logos into print-ready vector art. Free with every order, proof in 24 hours. For Greenwood, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

Greenwood is home to about 22,000 people across 16.7 square miles, and every one of those addresses is inside our standard 5 to 7 day delivery window. Nearby crews are already in the coverage circle, with Coronaca, SC (5 mi), Promised Land, SC (6 mi), Cokesbury, SC (7 mi) sharing the identical pack rates and timelines. For the military community, Fort Jackson sits about 72 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.

No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to Greenwood.

A typical week of custom design orders from this corner of South Carolina mixes Greenwood crews with neighbors like Coronaca, 5 miles over, all running through the same designer, the same proof cycle, and the same tracked delivery.

What Greenwood gets designed from scratch

Era-correct type and layouts

Typography matched to the era, from Vietnam-period stencil to modern athletic block. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Event artwork packages

One design system across shirts, banners, and signs so everything matches. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.

Merch line concepts

A tight little product line, designed to move at the table. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.

Logo cleanup and vector redraws

Faded, blurry, or tiny source art gets redrawn into crisp vectors. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

Unit crest and emblem builds

Insignia drawn correctly, with trademark rules respected and flagged. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.

Full designs from a written idea

A sentence of description is enough input for a full designed proof inside a day. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

This shop exists for the military community, and it shows in how orders run. Deadlines are treated like formation times, proofs are honest instead of optimistic, and when Greenwood customers call, a person who owns the order answers.

Part of the job is refusing bad orders. When the art, the garment, or the date is wrong, saying so before you pay is the service.

Build it on the real garment and watch the price calculate live.

Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.

04 //

What to print it on

The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Greenwood customers, these three earn their keep.

Premium Heavyweight Tee

Serious designs deserve the garment-dyed heavyweight, which reads brand rather than handout. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

Max Heavyweight Street Tee

Max weight, boxy drop, oversized print field: the streetwear formula. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

Classic Cotton Tee

The proving ground for new art, with an 80-color palette to frame it perfectly. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

05 //

From rough idea to press-ready

The gap between what you have and what a press needs is our designers job to close, free with any order. Whatever the starting point, the output is the same: clean vectors, correct insignia, a proof within 24 hours, and unlimited revisions until you approve it in writing. Only then does anything print.

The Design Lab offers the self-serve path, with your art positioned on real product photos and the total priced as you go.

06 //

What it costs

No mystery pricing. These are the published packs on our light cotton tee, front print included, and Greenwood customers watch the per piece cost fall as quantity climbs.

Pack of 15$250$16.67 ea$18$4 ea

Three add-ons exist and all are flat per piece: the back print at the table rate ($3 from 25 pieces, $2 from 50), the oversized front at $3 or $2 depending on quantity, and extended sizes at $6 or $4. Nothing else gets added. The Design Lab applies every rule automatically, and the written quote confirms the total before anything is charged.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

The first step is just getting the idea out of your head: type it into the quote form or mock it up in the Design Lab, rough edges and all.

02

Proof

Within 24 hours you have a proof in your inbox, drawn to size, on the garment and color you picked. Revisions are unlimited and free.

03

Approve

Your written approval is the gate. Until it exists, nothing prints; once it exists, exactly that design prints.

04

Print and ship

From approval, count 5 to 7 business days to your door. If the event is sooner, ask about rush and get a straight yes or no.

05

Reorder

The specs live in our archive permanently: same art, same colors, same result, on demand.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

The timeline to Greenwood addresses is fixed and published: 5 to 7 business days door to door, production included. Shipping rates are flat, visible in the table, and free from 100 pieces.

The roster is the packing list: every size counted into the box, tracking issued at pickup, and any shortage or transit damage made right at our cost without argument.

Common questions

How long does shipping take?

Five to seven business days, all in, from approval to arrival. Rush exists for real deadlines and gets an honest yes or no up front.

Do you help with the design?

Design help is included free. Whatever you have, a napkin sketch, a faded shirt photo, a sentence, becomes a print-ready proof from a real designer within 24 hours.

Can you handle a large order for your Greenwood crew?

Large runs are the core business: hundreds of pieces, mixed sizes, multiple colors, one named contact who owns it from first proof to the delivery scan.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

The extended-size rule fits in one line: add $6 per piece below 25 total, $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab applies it automatically.

What is your return policy?

Finality is the nature of custom work: no returns once it prints. Your protections live earlier in the process, in the free proof and the written approval that nothing skips.

Is there a minimum order?

The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your greenwood crew can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.
