Custom Design in Groom, TX.

Custom Design for Groom: free 24-hour proofs, published pack pricing, and tracked delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

Custom Design delivered to Groom

In-house designers turn napkin sketches and old low-res logos into print-ready vector art. Free with every order, proof in 24 hours. For Groom, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

Census numbers put Groom at a community of 549 on 0.7 square miles of Texas, all of it covered by the same tracked shipping. Nearby crews are already in the coverage circle, with White Deer, TX (16 mi), Claude, TX (16 mi), Howardwick, TX (16 mi) sharing the identical pack rates and timelines. For the military community, Altus Air Force Base sits about 109 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.

No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to Groom.

Custom Design demand around Groom does not stop at the town line. Crews from White Deer (16 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.

What Groom gets designed from scratch

Event artwork packages

A single visual system covering everything the event prints. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

Merch line concepts

Merch collections designed with selling in mind, not just decoration. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

Logo cleanup and vector redraws

A phone photo of a faded shirt becomes clean, print-ready vector art. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

Unit crest and emblem builds

Unit art drawn right the first time, with anything trademark-sensitive flagged early. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Full designs from a written idea

Describe it in a sentence; a designer builds it and proofs it within 24 hours. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

Era-correct type and layouts

Stencil, athletic, and period-correct lettering matched to the year that matters. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

This shop exists for the military community, and it shows in how orders run. Deadlines are treated like formation times, proofs are honest instead of optimistic, and when Groom customers call, a person who owns the order answers.

That standard cuts both ways. If your art needs work or your timeline is impossible, we tell you up front and offer the fix, because a bad shirt with our print on it costs us more than the order.

No sales call needed to get a number.

Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.

04 //

What to print it on

Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Groom customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.

Classic Cotton Tee

Most new designs land on the Classic first. 80 plus colors means your art gets the exact backdrop it needs. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Premium Heavyweight Tee

Put the design on washed heavyweight cotton and it stops being a shirt and starts being merch. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.

Max Heavyweight Street Tee

The 7.5oz boxy blank is where streetwear concepts land, oversized front or full back. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

No artwork? That is the normal case

Half the orders we take begin as a phone photo of a sketch, an old shirt, or a sentence describing the idea. A designer turns that into print-ready vector art at no charge, sends the proof inside 24 hours, and revises it until you sign off in writing. Nothing is produced before that signature, which is why what shows up matches what you expected.

Prefer hands-on? Build the design yourself in the Design Lab on real product photos, with the running price on screen while you work.

What it costs

Budget planning for Groom customers starts with real numbers. This is our light cotton tee pack pricing with the front print already included.

Three add-ons exist and all are flat per piece: the back print at the table rate ($3 from 25 pieces, $2 from 50), the oversized front at $3 or $2 depending on quantity, and extended sizes at $6 or $4. Nothing else gets added. The Design Lab applies every rule automatically, and the written quote confirms the total before anything is charged.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Kick it off however suits you: describe the concept in the quote form or drop your art straight into the Design Lab. Polish is not required at this stage.

02

Proof

Within 24 hours you have a proof in your inbox, drawn to size, on the garment and color you picked. Revisions are unlimited and free.

03

Approve

Your written approval is the gate. Until it exists, nothing prints; once it exists, exactly that design prints.

04

Print and ship

Approval to doorstep runs 5 to 7 business days as the default, faster when rush is booked and honestly refused when it cannot be.

05

Reorder

Art, thread colors, and size history stay archived, so the next season run starts with one email.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Production plus shipping to Groom addresses runs 5 to 7 business days standard, tracked the whole way. Shipping is free at 100 pieces and flat rated below that, exactly as shown in the pricing table above.

The roster is the packing list: every size counted into the box, tracking issued at pickup, and any shortage or transit damage made right at our cost without argument.

Common questions

Can you handle a large order for your Groom crew?

Large orders are the specialty, not the exception: hundreds of mixed-size pieces, roster-counted boxes, one accountable contact.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

The extended-size rule fits in one line: add $6 per piece below 25 total, $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab applies it automatically.

What is your return policy?

Due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. Double check sizing and artwork before submitting your order. Every order gets a free proof first, and nothing prints until you approve it in writing.

Is there a minimum order?

Our minimum is 10 pieces. Packs for your Groom crew begin at 10, the per piece price falls as the count climbs, and shipping goes free at 100.

What file types work best?

Best case: vector art (AI, SVG, EPS, PDF). Very good case: a 300 DPI transparent PNG. Worst case: a screenshot, which our designers redraw at no charge anyway.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

We do, at the same pace as domestic orders. Deployed and overseas service members at APO and FPO addresses are covered alongside all 50 states.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

That is the point of the Design Lab: the complete number, packs, back prints, size upcharges, shipping, updates live while you design, before any contact form.
