From single pieces to full crew runs, Harper gets designed from scratch gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.
In-house designers turn napkin sketches and old low-res logos into print-ready vector art. Free with every order, proof in 24 hours. For Harper, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.
From one end of Harper to the other, 7.0 square miles, the shipping promise does not change: 5 to 7 business days, tracked. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Vale, OR (21 mi), Juntura, OR (24 mi), Brogan, OR (28 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. For the military community, Mountain Home Air Force Base sits about 109 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.
No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to Harper.
Custom Design demand around Harper does not stop at the town line. Crews from Vale (21 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.
Describe it in a sentence; a designer builds it and proofs it within 24 hours. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.
The year on the shirt sets the type style, and the team knows the difference. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.
A single visual system covering everything the event prints. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.
A small collection designed to sell, not just to exist. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.
Faded, blurry, or tiny source art gets redrawn into crisp vectors. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.
Crests and emblems built with correct heraldry and licensing rules observed. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.
This shop exists for the military community, and it shows in how orders run. Deadlines are treated like formation times, proofs are honest instead of optimistic, and when Harper customers call, a person who owns the order answers.
That standard cuts both ways. If your art needs work or your timeline is impossible, we tell you up front and offer the fix, because a bad shirt with our print on it costs us more than the order.
The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.
The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Harper customers, these three earn their keep.
New designs debut on the Classic: 80-plus colors guarantee the right backdrop for the art. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.
Serious designs deserve the garment-dyed heavyweight, which reads brand rather than handout. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.
The 7.5oz boxy blank is where streetwear concepts land, oversized front or full back. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.
The gap between what you have and what a press needs is our designers job to close, free with any order. Whatever the starting point, the output is the same: clean vectors, correct insignia, a proof within 24 hours, and unlimited revisions until you approve it in writing. Only then does anything print.
The Design Lab offers the self-serve path, with your art positioned on real product photos and the total priced as you go.
Here is what Harper customers actually pay, starting from our light cotton tee. Every price includes a standard front print, and the number only moves down as the pack gets bigger.

| Pack of 15 | $250 | $16.67 ea | $18 | $4 ea |

Add-on pricing is deliberately boring: back print per the table (later $3, then $2), oversize front $3 or $2 by volume, extended sizes $6 or $4 by volume. That is the complete list, and the Design Lab computes it live before any quote is written.
Kick it off however suits you: describe the concept in the quote form or drop your art straight into the Design Lab. Polish is not required at this stage.
The proof arrives inside a day, drawn at print size on your chosen garment and color. Change anything, as often as needed, at no cost.
You approve in writing before production starts. No surprises at the box opening, because you already saw the shirt.
Approval to doorstep runs 5 to 7 business days as the default, faster when rush is booked and honestly refused when it cannot be.
We archive your art and garment specs, which makes the second order a two minute conversation.
Count 5 to 7 business days, production included, for tracked delivery to Harper addresses. At 100 pieces shipping costs nothing; under that, the flat rates in the table are the whole story.
Orders ship boxed and counted against your size roster, with tracking sent the day they leave. If anything arrives short or damaged, photograph it and send it over, and we correct it at our cost.
Yes, and it costs nothing with your order. Send a sketch, an old logo, or just the idea, and a designer sends a print ready proof within 24 hours.
Large runs are the core business: hundreds of pieces, mixed sizes, multiple colors, one named contact who owns it from first proof to the delivery scan.
Sizes 2XL and up add $6 per piece under 25 total pieces, or $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab includes it in your estimate automatically.
Due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. Double check sizing and artwork before submitting your order. Every order gets a free proof first, and nothing prints until you approve it in writing.
The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your harper crew can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.
Vector files such as AI, SVG, EPS, and PDF are ideal. A 300 DPI PNG with a transparent background also prints clean. If all you have is a screenshot, we redraw it free.
Deployed addresses are first-class here: APO and FPO ship on the standard timeline, right alongside all 50 states.
