From single pieces to full crew runs, Hartline gets designed from scratch gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.
In-house designers turn napkin sketches and old low-res logos into print-ready vector art. Free with every order, proof in 24 hours. For Hartline, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.
Census numbers put Hartline at a community of 177 on 0.3 square miles of Washington, all of it covered by the same tracked shipping. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Almira, WA (8 mi), Banks Lake South, WA (9 mi), Coulee City, WA (10 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. Fairchild Air Force Base, around 78 miles from Hartline, anchors the local military community we print for every week.
Nothing here needs a storefront. Art goes in by phone or upload, a designer proofs it free, and the shipment lands in Hartline counted against your roster.
A typical week of custom design orders from this corner of Washington mixes Hartline crews with neighbors like Almira, 8 miles over, all running through the same designer, the same proof cycle, and the same tracked delivery.
A tight little product line, designed to move at the table. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.
A phone photo of a faded shirt becomes clean, print-ready vector art. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.
Unit art drawn right the first time, with anything trademark-sensitive flagged early. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.
A sentence of description is enough input for a full designed proof inside a day. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.
The year on the shirt sets the type style, and the team knows the difference. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.
A single visual system covering everything the event prints. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.
This shop exists for the military community, and it shows in how orders run. Deadlines are treated like formation times, proofs are honest instead of optimistic, and when Hartline customers call, a person who owns the order answers.
It also means we say no when we should. If a design will not print well at the size you want, or a date cannot be hit, you hear it before you spend money, not after.
Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.
The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Hartline customers, these three earn their keep.
The 7.5oz boxy blank is where streetwear concepts land, oversized front or full back. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.
Most new designs land on the Classic first. 80 plus colors means your art gets the exact backdrop it needs. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.
When the design is the product, the garment dyed heavyweight makes it feel like a brand, not a handout. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.
Finished files are welcome but never required. A faded photo, a hand sketch, or three sentences of description all become professional vector art at no charge, proofed back to you within a day. The revision count is unlimited, the approval is in writing, and production does not move an inch until that approval exists.
Hands-on types can skip the wait entirely: the Design Lab puts your art on the actual garment with the price updating live.
Budget planning for Hartline customers starts with real numbers. This is our light cotton tee pack pricing with the front print already included.

Options price per piece: back prints at the listed rate (falling to $3 at 25 and $2 at 50), oversized full-body fronts at $3 under 25 pieces or $2 above, and 2XL-plus sizes at $6 under 25 pieces or $4 above. Every heavier garment keeps this same pack shape at its own numbers, and the Design Lab totals it live while you build.
The first step is just getting the idea out of your head: type it into the quote form or mock it up in the Design Lab, rough edges and all.
The proof arrives inside a day, drawn at print size on your chosen garment and color. Change anything, as often as needed, at no cost.
The press does not move without your written yes. It is the single checkpoint that makes the no-returns policy fair.
From approval, count 5 to 7 business days to your door. If the event is sooner, ask about rush and get a straight yes or no.
Art, thread colors, and size history stay archived, so the next season run starts with one email.
Count 5 to 7 business days, production included, for tracked delivery to Hartline addresses. At 100 pieces shipping costs nothing; under that, the flat rates in the table are the whole story.
Every box leaves counted, tracked, and matched to your roster. Shortages and shipping damage are on us to fix, fast, because delivery day is the only day the customer remembers.
Standard production plus shipping takes 5 to 7 business days. Rush options are available on many orders, tell us your date and we answer honestly.
Always, at no charge. A designer takes your rough input, redraws it print ready, and has a proof in your inbox inside a day, with unlimited revisions after.
Yes. Runs in the hundreds of pieces with mixed sizes and colors are our normal work, managed by one point of contact from proof to delivery.
Extended sizes carry a flat per-piece add: $6 when the order is under 25 pieces, $4 once it reaches 25. The estimate in the Design Lab applies it for you.
Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
Our minimum is 10 pieces. Packs for your Hartline crew begin at 10, the per piece price falls as the count climbs, and shipping goes free at 100.
