Custom designed from scratch gear for Harvel businesses, schools, teams, churches, and crews. Proofs in 24 hours, delivered in 5 to 7 days.
Harvel crews order designed from scratch gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Harvel address in 5 to 7 business days.
With a community of 170 spread over 0.7 square miles, Harvel gets the same flat delivery promise as everywhere else we serve: 5 to 7 business days to any door. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Raymond, IL (3 mi), Morrisonville, IL (6 mi), Waggoner, IL (7 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. For the military community, Scott Air Force Base sits about 63 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.
Nothing here needs a storefront. Art goes in by phone or upload, a designer proofs it free, and the shipment lands in Harvel counted against your roster.
A typical week of custom design orders from this corner of Illinois mixes Harvel crews with neighbors like Raymond, 3 miles over, all running through the same designer, the same proof cycle, and the same tracked delivery.
One design system across shirts, banners, and signs so everything matches. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.
Merch collections designed with selling in mind, not just decoration. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.
Faded, blurry, or tiny source art gets redrawn into crisp vectors. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.
Unit art drawn right the first time, with anything trademark-sensitive flagged early. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.
Start with words alone: the design team turns a description into finished art. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.
Typography matched to the era, from Vietnam-period stencil to modern athletic block. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.
We print for units, veterans, and military families every day, and the discipline transfers. Harvel customers get straight answers on dates, a named person on their order, and work we would put our own name on.
It also means we say no when we should. If a design will not print well at the size you want, or a date cannot be hit, you hear it before you spend money, not after.
The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.
Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Harvel customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.
When the design is the product, the garment dyed heavyweight makes it feel like a brand, not a handout. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.
Streetwear concepts belong on the 7.5oz max heavyweight with an oversized front or full back. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.
New designs debut on the Classic: 80-plus colors guarantee the right backdrop for the art. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.
Design help is not an upsell here, it is how orders start. Describe the concept in a sentence, attach whatever reference you have, and within 24 hours a real designer returns a proof drawn as clean vectors, era-correct where it matters. Revisions cost nothing and continue until the proof is right, and your written approval is the only thing that sends it to production.
The Design Lab is there when you want to drive: upload, place, and price the design yourself on the exact garment we print.
Start the budget from the real numbers: published light cotton tee packs, front print built into every figure Harvel customers see.

Within 24 hours you have a proof in your inbox, drawn to size, on the garment and color you picked. Revisions are unlimited and free.
Nothing goes to press until you approve the proof in writing. What you sign off on is exactly what prints, that is the whole point of the proof.
Production and shipping run 5 to 7 business days standard. Rush options exist and get quoted honestly against your date.
Your art and specs stay on file, so reorders match the first run exactly, down to the ink.
Delivery to Harvel addresses follows one simple clock: 5 to 7 business days including production, with tracking from the moment it leaves. Hit 100 pieces and the shipping line drops to zero.
The roster is the packing list: every size counted into the box, tracking issued at pickup, and any shortage or transit damage made right at our cost without argument.
Design help is included free. Whatever you have, a napkin sketch, a faded shirt photo, a sentence, becomes a print-ready proof from a real designer within 24 hours.
Yes. Runs in the hundreds of pieces with mixed sizes and colors are our normal work, managed by one point of contact from proof to delivery.
Extended sizes carry a flat per-piece add: $6 when the order is under 25 pieces, $4 once it reaches 25. The estimate in the Design Lab applies it for you.
Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
Our minimum is 10 pieces. Packs for your Harvel crew begin at 10, the per piece price falls as the count climbs, and shipping goes free at 100.
Best case: vector art (AI, SVG, EPS, PDF). Very good case: a 300 DPI transparent PNG. Worst case: a screenshot, which our designers redraw at no charge anyway.
Yes. We ship to all 50 states and to APO and FPO addresses for deployed and overseas service members.
