Custom Design for Hatch: free 24-hour proofs, published pack pricing, and tracked delivery in 5 to 7 business days.
In-house designers turn napkin sketches and old low-res logos into print-ready vector art. Free with every order, proof in 24 hours. For Hatch, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.
With a community of 138 spread over 1.8 square miles, Hatch gets the same flat delivery promise as everywhere else we serve: 5 to 7 business days to any door. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Panguitch, UT (12 mi), Bryce Canyon City, UT (15 mi), Alton, UT (16 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. Nellis Air Force Base, around 184 miles from Hatch, anchors the local military community we print for every week.
Nothing here needs a storefront. Art goes in by phone or upload, a designer proofs it free, and the shipment lands in Hatch counted against your roster.
Because Panguitch sits only 12 miles from Hatch, joint orders across town lines are common here: one proof, one pack price, two delivery stops if needed.
One design system across shirts, banners, and signs so everything matches. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.
A tight little product line, designed to move at the table. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.
A phone photo of a faded shirt becomes clean, print-ready vector art. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.
Crests and emblems built with correct heraldry and licensing rules observed. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.
Describe it in a sentence; a designer builds it and proofs it within 24 hours. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.
Stencil, athletic, and period-correct lettering matched to the year that matters. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.
Serving the military community is not a marketing line here, it is the operating system. Hatch customers deal with one accountable person, get dates that mean something, and receive work held to a uniform standard.
The same discipline applies inward: an unrealistic date or a design that will not print well gets flagged before you commit, not explained after.
Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.
Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Hatch customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.
Streetwear concepts belong on the 7.5oz max heavyweight with an oversized front or full back. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.
Most new designs land on the Classic first. 80 plus colors means your art gets the exact backdrop it needs. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.
When the design is the product, the garment dyed heavyweight makes it feel like a brand, not a handout. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.
Finished files are welcome but never required. A faded photo, a hand sketch, or three sentences of description all become professional vector art at no charge, proofed back to you within a day. The revision count is unlimited, the approval is in writing, and production does not move an inch until that approval exists.
Hands-on types can skip the wait entirely: the Design Lab puts your art on the actual garment with the price updating live.
Here is what Hatch customers actually pay, starting from our light cotton tee. Every price includes a standard front print, and the number only moves down as the pack gets bigger.
| Quantity | Pack price | Per shirt | Shipping | Add back print |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Pack of 10 | $180 | $18 ea | $18 | $4 ea |
| Pack of 15 | $250 | $16.67 ea | $18 | $4 ea |
| Pack of 20 | $320 | $16 ea | $20.99 | $4 ea |
| Pack of 25 | $375 | $15 ea | $20.99 | $3 ea |
| Pack of 50 | $700 | $14 ea | $22.99 | $2 ea |
| Pack of 100 | $1200 | $12 ea | FREE | $2 ea |
Beyond the table, the only extras are per-piece and public: back prints at the listed rate stepping down to $3 then $2, oversized fronts at $3 dropping to $2, and 2XL-plus at $6 dropping to $4. The Design Lab does this arithmetic for you in real time.
Send the idea through the quote form or build it yourself in the Design Lab. A napkin sketch photographed on a phone counts, our designers have built full unit runs from less.
The proof arrives inside a day, drawn at print size on your chosen garment and color. Change anything, as often as needed, at no cost.
You approve in writing before production starts. No surprises at the box opening, because you already saw the shirt.
Approval to doorstep runs 5 to 7 business days as the default, faster when rush is booked and honestly refused when it cannot be.
Art, thread colors, and size history stay archived, so the next season run starts with one email.
Production plus shipping to Hatch addresses runs 5 to 7 business days standard, tracked the whole way. Shipping is free at 100 pieces and flat rated below that, exactly as shown in the pricing table above.
Orders ship boxed and counted against your size roster, with tracking sent the day they leave. If anything arrives short or damaged, photograph it and send it over, and we correct it at our cost.
The standard clock is 5 to 7 business days covering both production and delivery. Many orders can run faster; name the date and we will confirm or decline honestly.
Yes, and it costs nothing with your order. Send a sketch, an old logo, or just the idea, and a designer sends a print ready proof within 24 hours.
Large orders are the specialty, not the exception: hundreds of mixed-size pieces, roster-counted boxes, one accountable contact.
Sizes 2XL and up add $6 per piece under 25 total pieces, or $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab includes it in your estimate automatically.
Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
Our minimum is 10 pieces. Packs for your Hatch crew begin at 10, the per piece price falls as the count climbs, and shipping goes free at 100.
File quality is our problem, not yours: vectors are ideal, 300 DPI PNGs work, and weak files get redrawn at no charge.
