From single pieces to full crew runs, Hilltop gets designed from scratch gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.
Hilltop crews order designed from scratch gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Hilltop address in 5 to 7 business days.
From one end of Hilltop to the other, 1.8 square miles, the shipping promise does not change: 5 to 7 business days, tracked. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Saxon, SC (1 mi), Southern Shops, SC (2 mi), Whitney, SC (2 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. For the military community, Fort Jackson sits about 88 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.
The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Hilltop.
Because Saxon sits only 1 miles from Hilltop, joint orders across town lines are common here: one proof, one pack price, two delivery stops if needed.
Start with words alone: the design team turns a description into finished art. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.
Typography matched to the era, from Vietnam-period stencil to modern athletic block. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.
One design system across shirts, banners, and signs so everything matches. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.
A small collection designed to sell, not just to exist. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.
A phone photo of a faded shirt becomes clean, print-ready vector art. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.
Unit art drawn right the first time, with anything trademark-sensitive flagged early. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.
We built this company on a simple standard: print it like the name on it matters. For Hilltop customers, that means honest timelines, real proofs, and no excuses on delivery day.
Honesty runs in both directions here. A doomed timeline or a design that will disappoint gets called out early, with an alternative attached.
Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.
Garment choice makes or breaks the order. These are the blanks Hilltop customers pick most, all designable online on real product photos.
When the design is the product, the garment dyed heavyweight makes it feel like a brand, not a handout. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.
Streetwear concepts belong on the 7.5oz max heavyweight with an oversized front or full back. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.
New designs debut on the Classic: 80-plus colors guarantee the right backdrop for the art. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.
Design help is not an upsell here, it is how orders start. Describe the concept in a sentence, attach whatever reference you have, and within 24 hours a real designer returns a proof drawn as clean vectors, era-correct where it matters. Revisions cost nothing and continue until the proof is right, and your written approval is the only thing that sends it to production.
The Design Lab is there when you want to drive: upload, place, and price the design yourself on the exact garment we print.

Three add-ons exist and all are flat per piece: the back print at the table rate ($3 from 25 pieces, $2 from 50), the oversized front at $3 or $2 depending on quantity, and extended sizes at $6 or $4. Nothing else gets added. The Design Lab applies every rule automatically, and the written quote confirms the total before anything is charged.
The first step is just getting the idea out of your head: type it into the quote form or mock it up in the Design Lab, rough edges and all.
One day later the proof is in your inbox: your art, your garment, your colors, at true print scale. Revisions never cost a cent.
The press does not move without your written yes. It is the single checkpoint that makes the no-returns policy fair.
From approval, count 5 to 7 business days to your door. If the event is sooner, ask about rush and get a straight yes or no.
We archive your art and garment specs, which makes the second order a two minute conversation.
Production plus shipping to Hilltop addresses runs 5 to 7 business days standard, tracked the whole way. Shipping is free at 100 pieces and flat rated below that, exactly as shown in the pricing table above.

Included with every order: a designer turns whatever you send into print-ready art, proofs it within 24 hours, and revises free until approved.
Large runs are the core business: hundreds of pieces, mixed sizes, multiple colors, one named contact who owns it from first proof to the delivery scan.
Simple math: 2XL and up cost $6 more per piece on small orders and $4 more per piece from 25 pieces. No other size fees exist, and the Design Lab totals it live.
Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
