Custom designed from scratch gear for Hitchcock businesses, schools, teams, churches, and crews. Proofs in 24 hours, delivered in 5 to 7 days.
Hitchcock crews order designed from scratch gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Hitchcock address in 5 to 7 business days.
With a community of 109 spread over 0.3 square miles, Hitchcock gets the same flat delivery promise as everywhere else we serve: 5 to 7 business days to any door. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Tulare, SD (9 mi), Broadland, SD (10 mi), Spink Colony, SD (10 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. For the military community, Camp Ripley sits about 218 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.
No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to Hitchcock.
Because Tulare sits only 9 miles from Hitchcock, joint orders across town lines are common here: one proof, one pack price, two delivery stops if needed.
A single visual system covering everything the event prints. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.
A tight little product line, designed to move at the table. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.
The rescue service: old logos rebuilt as clean vector files that print sharp forever. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.
Unit art drawn right the first time, with anything trademark-sensitive flagged early. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.
Describe it in a sentence; a designer builds it and proofs it within 24 hours. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.
Typography matched to the era, from Vietnam-period stencil to modern athletic block. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.
The shop runs on habits borrowed from the people we serve: accountability by name, honest reporting, and deadlines that do not slide. Hitchcock customers feel the difference on the first order.
Honesty runs in both directions here. A doomed timeline or a design that will disappoint gets called out early, with an alternative attached.
Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.
The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Hitchcock customers, these three earn their keep.
Serious designs deserve the garment-dyed heavyweight, which reads brand rather than handout. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.
Streetwear concepts belong on the 7.5oz max heavyweight with an oversized front or full back. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.
The proving ground for new art, with an 80-color palette to frame it perfectly. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.
Most orders here start without finished artwork, and that is fine. Our in-house designers redraw low resolution logos as clean vectors, build new designs from a written description, and match era-correct type and insignia when the design calls for it. The service costs nothing with an order, the first proof lands within 24 hours, and revisions are unlimited. You approve the final art in writing before production, so the shirt that arrives is the shirt you signed off on.
Want to try it yourself first? The Design Lab lets you upload art, add text in stencil and athletic fonts, and position everything on the exact garment with live pricing the whole time.
No mystery pricing. These are the published packs on our light cotton tee, front print included, and Hitchcock customers watch the per piece cost fall as quantity climbs.

Options price per piece: back prints at the listed rate (falling to $3 at 25 and $2 at 50), oversized full-body fronts at $3 under 25 pieces or $2 above, and 2XL-plus sizes at $6 under 25 pieces or $4 above. Every heavier garment keeps this same pack shape at its own numbers, and the Design Lab totals it live while you build.
Two doors in: the quote form if you want a person on it immediately, or the Design Lab if you want to see it on the garment first. Either way, unfinished ideas are the expected input.
A real designer, not an algorithm, sends your proof within 24 hours. You change it as many times as it takes to be right.
Production waits for one thing only: your written sign-off on the proof. That signature is the contract for exactly what prints.
Approval to doorstep runs 5 to 7 business days as the default, faster when rush is booked and honestly refused when it cannot be.
Art, thread colors, and size history stay archived, so the next season run starts with one email.
Production plus shipping to Hitchcock addresses runs 5 to 7 business days standard, tracked the whole way. Shipping is free at 100 pieces and flat rated below that, exactly as shown in the pricing table above.
Orders ship boxed and counted against your size roster, with tracking sent the day they leave. If anything arrives short or damaged, photograph it and send it over, and we correct it at our cost.
Design help is included free. Whatever you have, a napkin sketch, a faded shirt photo, a sentence, becomes a print-ready proof from a real designer within 24 hours.
Large runs are the core business: hundreds of pieces, mixed sizes, multiple colors, one named contact who owns it from first proof to the delivery scan.
The extended-size rule fits in one line: add $6 per piece below 25 total, $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab applies it automatically.
Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your hitchcock crew can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.
File quality is our problem, not yours: vectors are ideal, 300 DPI PNGs work, and weak files get redrawn at no charge.
Deployed addresses are first-class here: APO and FPO ship on the standard timeline, right alongside all 50 states.
