From single pieces to full crew runs, Holton gets designed from scratch gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.
In-house designers turn napkin sketches and old low-res logos into print-ready vector art. Free with every order, proof in 24 hours. For Holton, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.
Census numbers put Holton at a community of 427 on 1.8 square miles of Indiana, all of it covered by the same tracked shipping. If your people are spread out, that is fine: New Marion, IN (5 mi), Osgood, IN (6 mi), Versailles, IN (7 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. The closest major installation is Camp Atterbury, roughly 36 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.
The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Holton.
Because New Marion sits only 5 miles from Holton, joint orders across town lines are common here: one proof, one pack price, two delivery stops if needed.
Unit art drawn right the first time, with anything trademark-sensitive flagged early. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.
Start with words alone: the design team turns a description into finished art. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.
The year on the shirt sets the type style, and the team knows the difference. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.
One design system across shirts, banners, and signs so everything matches. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.
A small collection designed to sell, not just to exist. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.
A phone photo of a faded shirt becomes clean, print-ready vector art. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.
The shop runs on habits borrowed from the people we serve: accountability by name, honest reporting, and deadlines that do not slide. Holton customers feel the difference on the first order.
It also means we say no when we should. If a design will not print well at the size you want, or a date cannot be hit, you hear it before you spend money, not after.
Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.
The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Holton customers, these three earn their keep.
Serious designs deserve the garment-dyed heavyweight, which reads brand rather than handout. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.
Max weight, boxy drop, oversized print field: the streetwear formula. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.
New designs debut on the Classic: 80-plus colors guarantee the right backdrop for the art. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.
Half the orders we take begin as a phone photo of a sketch, an old shirt, or a sentence describing the idea. A designer turns that into print-ready vector art at no charge, sends the proof inside 24 hours, and revises it until you sign off in writing. Nothing is produced before that signature, which is why what shows up matches what you expected.

No mystery pricing. These are the published packs on our light cotton tee, front print included, and Holton customers watch the per piece cost fall as quantity climbs.

Options price per piece: back prints at the listed rate (falling to $3 at 25 and $2 at 50), oversized full-body fronts at $3 under 25 pieces or $2 above, and 2XL-plus sizes at $6 under 25 pieces or $4 above. Every heavier garment keeps this same pack shape at its own numbers, and the Design Lab totals it live while you build.
Two doors in: the quote form if you want a person on it immediately, or the Design Lab if you want to see it on the garment first. Either way, unfinished ideas are the expected input.
The proof arrives inside a day, drawn at print size on your chosen garment and color. Change anything, as often as needed, at no cost.
Your written approval is the gate. Until it exists, nothing prints; once it exists, exactly that design prints.
Approval to doorstep runs 5 to 7 business days as the default, faster when rush is booked and honestly refused when it cannot be.
The specs live in our archive permanently: same art, same colors, same result, on demand.
Delivery to Holton addresses follows one simple clock: 5 to 7 business days including production, with tracking from the moment it leaves. Hit 100 pieces and the shipping line drops to zero.
Orders ship boxed and counted against your size roster, with tracking sent the day they leave. If anything arrives short or damaged, photograph it and send it over, and we correct it at our cost.
Extended sizes carry a flat per-piece add: $6 when the order is under 25 pieces, $4 once it reaches 25. The estimate in the Design Lab applies it for you.
Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
Order ten, order fifty, order five hundred: 10 pieces is our floor, and for your Holton crew, bigger packs simply pull the per-piece price down.
Send whatever exists. Vectors print perfectly, high resolution PNGs print clean, and anything below that gets redrawn free by the design team before it goes near a press.
We do, at the same pace as domestic orders. Deployed and overseas service members at APO and FPO addresses are covered alongside all 50 states.
That is the point of the Design Lab: the complete number, packs, back prints, size upcharges, shipping, updates live while you design, before any contact form.
