From single pieces to full crew runs, Ivy gets designed from scratch gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.
In-house designers turn napkin sketches and old low-res logos into print-ready vector art. Free with every order, proof in 24 hours. For Ivy, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.
All 2.4 square miles of Ivy sit inside our normal delivery map, tracked door to door. If your people are spread out, that is fine: University of Virginia, VA (5 mi), Crozet, VA (5 mi), Charlottesville, VA (6 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. For the military community, MCB Quantico sits about 78 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.
No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to Ivy.
A typical week of custom design orders from this corner of Virginia mixes Ivy crews with neighbors like University of Virginia, 5 miles over, all running through the same designer, the same proof cycle, and the same tracked delivery.
Insignia drawn correctly, with trademark rules respected and flagged. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.
Describe it in a sentence; a designer builds it and proofs it within 24 hours. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.
The year on the shirt sets the type style, and the team knows the difference. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.
One design system across shirts, banners, and signs so everything matches. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.
A small collection designed to sell, not just to exist. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.
A phone photo of a faded shirt becomes clean, print-ready vector art. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.
The shop runs on habits borrowed from the people we serve: accountability by name, honest reporting, and deadlines that do not slide. Ivy customers feel the difference on the first order.
It also means we say no when we should. If a design will not print well at the size you want, or a date cannot be hit, you hear it before you spend money, not after.
The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.
The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Ivy customers, these three earn their keep.
Most new designs land on the Classic first. 80 plus colors means your art gets the exact backdrop it needs. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.
Put the design on washed heavyweight cotton and it stops being a shirt and starts being merch. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.
The 7.5oz boxy blank is where streetwear concepts land, oversized front or full back. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.
The gap between what you have and what a press needs is our designers job to close, free with any order. Whatever the starting point, the output is the same: clean vectors, correct insignia, a proof within 24 hours, and unlimited revisions until you approve it in writing. Only then does anything print.
The Design Lab offers the self-serve path, with your art positioned on real product photos and the total priced as you go.
Start the budget from the real numbers: published light cotton tee packs, front print built into every figure Ivy customers see.

| Pack of 10 | $180 | $18 ea | $18 | $4 ea |

Add-on pricing is deliberately boring: back print per the table (later $3, then $2), oversize front $3 or $2 by volume, extended sizes $6 or $4 by volume. That is the complete list, and the Design Lab computes it live before any quote is written.
Two doors in: the quote form if you want a person on it immediately, or the Design Lab if you want to see it on the garment first. Either way, unfinished ideas are the expected input.
Within 24 hours you have a proof in your inbox, drawn to size, on the garment and color you picked. Revisions are unlimited and free.
Nothing goes to press until you approve the proof in writing. What you sign off on is exactly what prints, that is the whole point of the proof.
Five to seven business days covers printing and delivery. Tight timeline? Rush gets a truthful quote, not a hopeful one.
Art, thread colors, and size history stay archived, so the next season run starts with one email.
Every order ships tracked to Ivy addresses with standard production plus shipping at 5 to 7 business days. Free shipping kicks in at 100 pieces, and pack shipping rates below that are published, not surprises at checkout.
Boxes get counted twice against the roster before they seal, and the tracking number reaches you the day of pickup. Damage or shortage claims are our expense and our rush.
The standard clock is 5 to 7 business days covering both production and delivery. Many orders can run faster; name the date and we will confirm or decline honestly.
Yes, and it costs nothing with your order. Send a sketch, an old logo, or just the idea, and a designer sends a print ready proof within 24 hours.
Yes. Runs in the hundreds of pieces with mixed sizes and colors are our normal work, managed by one point of contact from proof to delivery.
Extended sizes carry a flat per-piece add: $6 when the order is under 25 pieces, $4 once it reaches 25. The estimate in the Design Lab applies it for you.
Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your ivy crew can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.
