Custom Design delivered to Jarrell

In-house designers turn napkin sketches and old low-res logos into print-ready vector art. Free with every order, proof in 24 hours. For Jarrell, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

With about 4,000 people spread over 3.6 square miles, Jarrell gets the same flat delivery promise as everywhere else we serve: 5 to 7 business days to any door. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Sonterra, TX (1 mi), Serenada, TX (8 mi), Weir, TX (9 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. Fort Cavazos, around 20 miles from Jarrell, anchors the local military community we print for every week.

Nothing here needs a storefront. Art goes in by phone or upload, a designer proofs it free, and the shipment lands in Jarrell counted against your roster.

Custom Design demand around Jarrell does not stop at the town line. Crews from Sonterra (1 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.

What Jarrell gets designed from scratch

Logo cleanup and vector redraws

A phone photo of a faded shirt becomes clean, print-ready vector art. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

Unit crest and emblem builds

Unit art drawn right the first time, with anything trademark-sensitive flagged early. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

Full designs from a written idea

Describe it in a sentence; a designer builds it and proofs it within 24 hours. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

Era-correct type and layouts

Typography matched to the era, from Vietnam-period stencil to modern athletic block. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.

Event artwork packages

Shirts, banners, and signage drawn as one matched system. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.

Merch line concepts

A small collection designed to sell, not just to exist. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

We built this company on a simple standard: print it like the name on it matters. For Jarrell customers, that means honest timelines, real proofs, and no excuses on delivery day.

The same discipline applies inward: an unrealistic date or a design that will not print well gets flagged before you commit, not explained after.

No sales call needed to get a number.

Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.

What to print it on

Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Jarrell customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.

Premium Heavyweight Tee

Serious designs deserve the garment-dyed heavyweight, which reads brand rather than handout. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

Max Heavyweight Street Tee

Max weight, boxy drop, oversized print field: the streetwear formula. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.

Classic Cotton Tee

Most new designs land on the Classic first. 80 plus colors means your art gets the exact backdrop it needs. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

05 //

Bring the idea, we draw the rest

Finished files are welcome but never required. A faded photo, a hand sketch, or three sentences of description all become professional vector art at no charge, proofed back to you within a day. The revision count is unlimited, the approval is in writing, and production does not move an inch until that approval exists.

Hands-on types can skip the wait entirely: the Design Lab puts your art on the actual garment with the price updating live.

What it costs

The table below is the actual price list Jarrell customers order from, light cotton tee, front print included, no asterisks.

Order sizePack totalCost per pieceFreightBack side
10 pieces$180$18 ea$18$4 ea
15 pieces$250$16.67 ea$18$4 ea
20 pieces$320$16 ea$20.99$4 ea
25 pieces$375$15 ea$20.99$3 ea
50 pieces$700$14 ea$22.99$2 ea
100 pieces$1200$12 eaFREE$2 ea

Add-on pricing is deliberately boring: back print per the table (later $3, then $2), oversize front $3 or $2 by volume, extended sizes $6 or $4 by volume. That is the complete list, and the Design Lab computes it live before any quote is written.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

The first step is just getting the idea out of your head: type it into the quote form or mock it up in the Design Lab, rough edges and all.

02

Proof

Within 24 hours you have a proof in your inbox, drawn to size, on the garment and color you picked. Revisions are unlimited and free.

03

Approve

Your written approval is the gate. Until it exists, nothing prints; once it exists, exactly that design prints.

04

Print and ship

Production and shipping run 5 to 7 business days standard. Rush options exist and get quoted honestly against your date.

05

Reorder

Art, thread colors, and size history stay archived, so the next season run starts with one email.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Count 5 to 7 business days, production included, for tracked delivery to Jarrell addresses. At 100 pieces shipping costs nothing; under that, the flat rates in the table are the whole story.

Before sealing, every carton is counted against the size roster, and tracking goes out the same day. Anything short or damaged gets replaced at our cost on an expedited timeline.

Common questions

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

Completely. Build the design in the Design Lab and the full order total sits on screen the whole time; no email, no call, no waiting.

How long does shipping take?

Five to seven business days, all in, from approval to arrival. Rush exists for real deadlines and gets an honest yes or no up front.

Do you help with the design?

Design help is included free. Whatever you have, a napkin sketch, a faded shirt photo, a sentence, becomes a print-ready proof from a real designer within 24 hours.

Can you handle a large order for your Jarrell crew?

Yes. Runs in the hundreds of pieces with mixed sizes and colors are our normal work, managed by one point of contact from proof to delivery.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Extended sizes carry a flat per-piece add: $6 when the order is under 25 pieces, $4 once it reaches 25. The estimate in the Design Lab applies it for you.

What is your return policy?

Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.

Is there a minimum order?

Our minimum is 10 pieces. Packs for your Jarrell crew begin at 10, the per piece price falls as the count climbs, and shipping goes free at 100.
