Custom designed from scratch gear for Kiln businesses, schools, teams, churches, and crews. Proofs in 24 hours, delivered in 5 to 7 days.
In-house designers turn napkin sketches and old low-res logos into print-ready vector art. Free with every order, proof in 24 hours. For Kiln, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.
All 13.2 square miles of Kiln sit inside our normal delivery map, tracked door to door. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Diamondhead, MS (5 mi), Bay St. Louis, MS (8 mi), Waveland, MS (9 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. Keesler Air Force Base, around 29 miles from Kiln, anchors the local military community we print for every week.
No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to Kiln.
Because Diamondhead sits only 5 miles from Kiln, joint orders across town lines are common here: one proof, one pack price, two delivery stops if needed.
A single visual system covering everything the event prints. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.
Merch collections designed with selling in mind, not just decoration. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.
A phone photo of a faded shirt becomes clean, print-ready vector art. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.
Unit art drawn right the first time, with anything trademark-sensitive flagged early. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.
A sentence of description is enough input for a full designed proof inside a day. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.
The year on the shirt sets the type style, and the team knows the difference. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.
We print for units, veterans, and military families every day, and the discipline transfers. Kiln customers get straight answers on dates, a named person on their order, and work we would put our own name on.
The same discipline applies inward: an unrealistic date or a design that will not print well gets flagged before you commit, not explained after.
Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.
Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Kiln customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.
Most new designs land on the Classic first. 80 plus colors means your art gets the exact backdrop it needs. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.
Serious designs deserve the garment-dyed heavyweight, which reads brand rather than handout. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.
The 7.5oz boxy blank is where streetwear concepts land, oversized front or full back. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.
Half the orders we take begin as a phone photo of a sketch, an old shirt, or a sentence describing the idea. A designer turns that into print-ready vector art at no charge, sends the proof inside 24 hours, and revises it until you sign off in writing. Nothing is produced before that signature, which is why what shows up matches what you expected.
Prefer hands-on? Build the design yourself in the Design Lab on real product photos, with the running price on screen while you work.
The table below is the actual price list Kiln customers order from, light cotton tee, front print included, no asterisks.
| Quantity | Pack price | Per shirt | Shipping | Add back print |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 10 pack | $180 | $18 ea | $18 | $4 ea |
| 15 pack | $250 | $16.67 ea | $18 | $4 ea |
| 20 pack | $320 | $16 ea | $20.99 | $4 ea |
| 25 pack | $375 | $15 ea | $20.99 | $3 ea |
| 50 pack | $700 | $14 ea | $22.99 | $2 ea |
| 100 pack | $1200 | $12 ea | FREE | $2 ea |
Beyond the table, the only extras are per-piece and public: back prints at the listed rate stepping down to $3 then $2, oversized fronts at $3 dropping to $2, and 2XL-plus at $6 dropping to $4. The Design Lab does this arithmetic for you in real time.
Start in the Design Lab on the exact garment we print, or send whatever you have through the quote form. Rough ideas are welcome, that is what the free design service is for.
The proof arrives inside a day, drawn at print size on your chosen garment and color. Change anything, as often as needed, at no cost.
Nothing goes to press until you approve the proof in writing. What you sign off on is exactly what prints, that is the whole point of the proof.
From approval, count 5 to 7 business days to your door. If the event is sooner, ask about rush and get a straight yes or no.
The specs live in our archive permanently: same art, same colors, same result, on demand.
The timeline to Kiln addresses is fixed and published: 5 to 7 business days door to door, production included. Shipping rates are flat, visible in the table, and free from 100 pieces.
The roster is the packing list: every size counted into the box, tracking issued at pickup, and any shortage or transit damage made right at our cost without argument.
Design help is included free. Whatever you have, a napkin sketch, a faded shirt photo, a sentence, becomes a print-ready proof from a real designer within 24 hours.
Large runs are the core business: hundreds of pieces, mixed sizes, multiple colors, one named contact who owns it from first proof to the delivery scan.
Extended sizes carry a flat per-piece add: $6 when the order is under 25 pieces, $4 once it reaches 25. The estimate in the Design Lab applies it for you.
Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your kiln crew can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.
File quality is our problem, not yours: vectors are ideal, 300 DPI PNGs work, and weak files get redrawn at no charge.
