Custom Design in Klondike, MD.

From single pieces to full crew runs, Klondike gets designed from scratch gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.

Custom Design delivered to Klondike

Klondike crews order designed from scratch gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Klondike address in 5 to 7 business days.

Klondike covers 0.4 square miles of Maryland, and delivery reaches every address in it on the standard 5 to 7 day window. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Woodland, MD (1 mi), Carlos, MD (1 mi), Ocean, MD (1 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. For the military community, Camp Dawson sits about 39 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.

No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to Klondike.

A typical week of custom design orders from this corner of Maryland mixes Klondike crews with neighbors like Woodland, 1 miles over, all running through the same designer, the same proof cycle, and the same tracked delivery.

What Klondike gets designed from scratch

Logo cleanup and vector redraws

A phone photo of a faded shirt becomes clean, print-ready vector art. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

Unit crest and emblem builds

Insignia drawn correctly, with trademark rules respected and flagged. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

Full designs from a written idea

Start with words alone: the design team turns a description into finished art. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

Era-correct type and layouts

Typography matched to the era, from Vietnam-period stencil to modern athletic block. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Event artwork packages

A single visual system covering everything the event prints. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

Merch line concepts

A tight little product line, designed to move at the table. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

We print for units, veterans, and military families every day, and the discipline transfers. Klondike customers get straight answers on dates, a named person on their order, and work we would put our own name on.

The same discipline applies inward: an unrealistic date or a design that will not print well gets flagged before you commit, not explained after.

See your exact price in about ninety seconds.

Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.

What to print it on

Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Klondike customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.

Max Heavyweight Street Tee

The 7.5oz boxy blank is where streetwear concepts land, oversized front or full back. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

Classic Cotton Tee

The proving ground for new art, with an 80-color palette to frame it perfectly. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

Premium Heavyweight Tee

When the design is the product, the garment dyed heavyweight makes it feel like a brand, not a handout. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.

The art department is included

Design help is not an upsell here, it is how orders start. Describe the concept in a sentence, attach whatever reference you have, and within 24 hours a real designer returns a proof drawn as clean vectors, era-correct where it matters. Revisions cost nothing and continue until the proof is right, and your written approval is the only thing that sends it to production.

The Design Lab is there when you want to drive: upload, place, and price the design yourself on the exact garment we print.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Send the idea through the quote form or build it yourself in the Design Lab. A napkin sketch photographed on a phone counts, our designers have built full unit runs from less.

02

Proof

The proof arrives inside a day, drawn at print size on your chosen garment and color. Change anything, as often as needed, at no cost.

03

Approve

Nothing goes to press until you approve the proof in writing. What you sign off on is exactly what prints, that is the whole point of the proof.

04

Print and ship

From approval, count 5 to 7 business days to your door. If the event is sooner, ask about rush and get a straight yes or no.

05

Reorder

The specs live in our archive permanently: same art, same colors, same result, on demand.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Count 5 to 7 business days, production included, for tracked delivery to Klondike addresses. At 100 pieces shipping costs nothing; under that, the flat rates in the table are the whole story.

The roster is the packing list: every size counted into the box, tracking issued at pickup, and any shortage or transit damage made right at our cost without argument.

Common questions

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

Completely. Build the design in the Design Lab and the full order total sits on screen the whole time; no email, no call, no waiting.

How long does shipping take?

Five to seven business days, all in, from approval to arrival. Rush exists for real deadlines and gets an honest yes or no up front.

Do you help with the design?

Design help is included free. Whatever you have, a napkin sketch, a faded shirt photo, a sentence, becomes a print-ready proof from a real designer within 24 hours.

Can you handle a large order for your Klondike crew?

Yes. Runs in the hundreds of pieces with mixed sizes and colors are our normal work, managed by one point of contact from proof to delivery.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Sizes 2XL and up add $6 per piece under 25 total pieces, or $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab includes it in your estimate automatically.

What is your return policy?

Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.

Is there a minimum order?

The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your klondike crew can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.
