Custom designed from scratch gear for Latexo businesses, schools, teams, churches, and crews. Proofs in 24 hours, delivered in 5 to 7 days.
In-house designers turn napkin sketches and old low-res logos into print-ready vector art. Free with every order, proof in 24 hours. For Latexo, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.
Census numbers put Latexo at a community of 239 on 1.0 square miles of Texas, all of it covered by the same tracked shipping. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Crockett, TX (5 mi), Grapeland, TX (7 mi), Kennard, TX (17 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. Fort Johnson, around 131 miles from Latexo, anchors the local military community we print for every week.
The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Latexo.
A typical week of custom design orders from this corner of Texas mixes Latexo crews with neighbors like Crockett, 5 miles over, all running through the same designer, the same proof cycle, and the same tracked delivery.
Unit art drawn right the first time, with anything trademark-sensitive flagged early. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.
Describe it in a sentence; a designer builds it and proofs it within 24 hours. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.
Typography matched to the era, from Vietnam-period stencil to modern athletic block. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.
Shirts, banners, and signage drawn as one matched system. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.
Merch collections designed with selling in mind, not just decoration. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.
Faded, blurry, or tiny source art gets redrawn into crisp vectors. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.
This shop exists for the military community, and it shows in how orders run. Deadlines are treated like formation times, proofs are honest instead of optimistic, and when Latexo customers call, a person who owns the order answers.
Honesty runs in both directions here. A doomed timeline or a design that will disappoint gets called out early, with an alternative attached.
The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.
Garment choice makes or breaks the order. These are the blanks Latexo customers pick most, all designable online on real product photos.
The proving ground for new art, with an 80-color palette to frame it perfectly. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.
Put the design on washed heavyweight cotton and it stops being a shirt and starts being merch. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.
The 7.5oz boxy blank is where streetwear concepts land, oversized front or full back. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.
The gap between what you have and what a press needs is our designers job to close, free with any order. Whatever the starting point, the output is the same: clean vectors, correct insignia, a proof within 24 hours, and unlimited revisions until you approve it in writing. Only then does anything print.
The Design Lab offers the self-serve path, with your art positioned on real product photos and the total priced as you go.
Budget planning for Latexo customers starts with real numbers. This is our light cotton tee pack pricing with the front print already included.

| 15 pack | $250 | $16.67 ea | $18 | $4 ea |
| 20 pack | $320 | $16 ea | $20.99 | $4 ea |
| 25 pack | $375 | $15 ea | $20.99 | $3 ea |

Add-on pricing is deliberately boring: back print per the table (later $3, then $2), oversize front $3 or $2 by volume, extended sizes $6 or $4 by volume. That is the complete list, and the Design Lab computes it live before any quote is written.
Kick it off however suits you: describe the concept in the quote form or drop your art straight into the Design Lab. Polish is not required at this stage.
One day later the proof is in your inbox: your art, your garment, your colors, at true print scale. Revisions never cost a cent.
The press does not move without your written yes. It is the single checkpoint that makes the no-returns policy fair.
Standard turnaround is 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, with rush available when the calendar demands it.
The specs live in our archive permanently: same art, same colors, same result, on demand.
Delivery to Latexo addresses follows one simple clock: 5 to 7 business days including production, with tracking from the moment it leaves. Hit 100 pieces and the shipping line drops to zero.
Every box leaves counted, tracked, and matched to your roster. Shortages and shipping damage are on us to fix, fast, because delivery day is the only day the customer remembers.
Large orders are the specialty, not the exception: hundreds of mixed-size pieces, roster-counted boxes, one accountable contact.
Extended sizes carry a flat per-piece add: $6 when the order is under 25 pieces, $4 once it reaches 25. The estimate in the Design Lab applies it for you.
Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
Our minimum is 10 pieces. Packs for your Latexo crew begin at 10, the per piece price falls as the count climbs, and shipping goes free at 100.
File quality is our problem, not yours: vectors are ideal, 300 DPI PNGs work, and weak files get redrawn at no charge.
We do, at the same pace as domestic orders. Deployed and overseas service members at APO and FPO addresses are covered alongside all 50 states.
