From single pieces to full crew runs, Layhill gets designed from scratch gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.
In-house designers turn napkin sketches and old low-res logos into print-ready vector art. Free with every order, proof in 24 hours. For Layhill, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.
From one end of Layhill to the other, 1.6 square miles, the shipping promise does not change: 5 to 7 business days, tracked. Nearby crews are already in the coverage circle, with Glenmont, MD (1 mi), Leisure World, MD (2 mi), Aspen Hill, MD (2 mi) sharing the identical pack rates and timelines. For the military community, Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling sits about 13 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.
The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Layhill.
A typical week of custom design orders from this corner of Maryland mixes Layhill crews with neighbors like Glenmont, 1 miles over, all running through the same designer, the same proof cycle, and the same tracked delivery.
Stencil, athletic, and period-correct lettering matched to the year that matters. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.
Shirts, banners, and signage drawn as one matched system. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.
Merch collections designed with selling in mind, not just decoration. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.
Faded, blurry, or tiny source art gets redrawn into crisp vectors. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.
Unit art drawn right the first time, with anything trademark-sensitive flagged early. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.
A sentence of description is enough input for a full designed proof inside a day. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.
This shop exists for the military community, and it shows in how orders run. Deadlines are treated like formation times, proofs are honest instead of optimistic, and when Layhill customers call, a person who owns the order answers.
It also means we say no when we should. If a design will not print well at the size you want, or a date cannot be hit, you hear it before you spend money, not after.
Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.
Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Layhill customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.
When the design is the product, the garment dyed heavyweight makes it feel like a brand, not a handout. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.
Max weight, boxy drop, oversized print field: the streetwear formula. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.
Most new designs land on the Classic first. 80 plus colors means your art gets the exact backdrop it needs. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.
Half the orders we take begin as a phone photo of a sketch, an old shirt, or a sentence describing the idea. A designer turns that into print-ready vector art at no charge, sends the proof inside 24 hours, and revises it until you sign off in writing. Nothing is produced before that signature, which is why what shows up matches what you expected.

Within 24 hours you have a proof in your inbox, drawn to size, on the garment and color you picked. Revisions are unlimited and free.
Nothing goes to press until you approve the proof in writing. What you sign off on is exactly what prints, that is the whole point of the proof.
Production and shipping run 5 to 7 business days standard. Rush options exist and get quoted honestly against your date.
Art, thread colors, and size history stay archived, so the next season run starts with one email.
Every order ships tracked to Layhill addresses with standard production plus shipping at 5 to 7 business days. Free shipping kicks in at 100 pieces, and pack shipping rates below that are published, not surprises at checkout.
Orders ship boxed and counted against your size roster, with tracking sent the day they leave. If anything arrives short or damaged, photograph it and send it over, and we correct it at our cost.
Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your layhill crew can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.
Best case: vector art (AI, SVG, EPS, PDF). Very good case: a 300 DPI transparent PNG. Worst case: a screenshot, which our designers redraw at no charge anyway.
We do, at the same pace as domestic orders. Deployed and overseas service members at APO and FPO addresses are covered alongside all 50 states.
Completely. Build the design in the Design Lab and the full order total sits on screen the whole time; no email, no call, no waiting.
The standard clock is 5 to 7 business days covering both production and delivery. Many orders can run faster; name the date and we will confirm or decline honestly.
