From single pieces to full crew runs, Lee Acres gets designed from scratch gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.
In-house designers turn napkin sketches and old low-res logos into print-ready vector art. Free with every order, proof in 24 hours. For Lee Acres, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.
Lee Acres covers 10.3 square miles of New Mexico, and delivery reaches every address in it on the standard 5 to 7 day window. If your people are spread out, that is fine: West Hammond, NM (2 mi), Crouch Mesa, NM (3 mi), Bloomfield, NM (6 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. The closest major installation is Kirtland Air Force Base, roughly 136 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.
Nothing here needs a storefront. Art goes in by phone or upload, a designer proofs it free, and the shipment lands in Lee Acres counted against your roster.
A typical week of custom design orders from this corner of New Mexico mixes Lee Acres crews with neighbors like West Hammond, 2 miles over, all running through the same designer, the same proof cycle, and the same tracked delivery.
Describe it in a sentence; a designer builds it and proofs it within 24 hours. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.
Stencil, athletic, and period-correct lettering matched to the year that matters. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.
One design system across shirts, banners, and signs so everything matches. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.
Merch collections designed with selling in mind, not just decoration. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.
A phone photo of a faded shirt becomes clean, print-ready vector art. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.
Insignia drawn correctly, with trademark rules respected and flagged. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.
This shop exists for the military community, and it shows in how orders run. Deadlines are treated like formation times, proofs are honest instead of optimistic, and when Lee Acres customers call, a person who owns the order answers.
That standard cuts both ways. If your art needs work or your timeline is impossible, we tell you up front and offer the fix, because a bad shirt with our print on it costs us more than the order.
The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.
The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Lee Acres customers, these three earn their keep.
Max weight, boxy drop, oversized print field: the streetwear formula. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.
Most new designs land on the Classic first. 80 plus colors means your art gets the exact backdrop it needs. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.
Put the design on washed heavyweight cotton and it stops being a shirt and starts being merch. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.
The gap between what you have and what a press needs is our designers job to close, free with any order. Whatever the starting point, the output is the same: clean vectors, correct insignia, a proof within 24 hours, and unlimited revisions until you approve it in writing. Only then does anything print.
The Design Lab offers the self-serve path, with your art positioned on real product photos and the total priced as you go.
Here is what Lee Acres customers actually pay, starting from our light cotton tee. Every price includes a standard front print, and the number only moves down as the pack gets bigger.

Every heavier garment keeps this same pack shape at its own numbers, and the Design Lab totals it live while you build.
Kick it off however suits you: describe the concept in the quote form or drop your art straight into the Design Lab. Polish is not required at this stage.
A real designer, not an algorithm, sends your proof within 24 hours. You change it as many times as it takes to be right.
You approve in writing before production starts. No surprises at the box opening, because you already saw the shirt.
Approval to doorstep runs 5 to 7 business days as the default, faster when rush is booked and honestly refused when it cannot be.
We archive your art and garment specs, which makes the second order a two minute conversation.
Count 5 to 7 business days, production included, for tracked delivery to Lee Acres addresses. At 100 pieces shipping costs nothing; under that, the flat rates in the table are the whole story.
Orders ship boxed and counted against your size roster, with tracking sent the day they leave. If anything arrives short or damaged, photograph it and send it over, and we correct it at our cost.
Design help is included free. Whatever you have, a napkin sketch, a faded shirt photo, a sentence, becomes a print-ready proof from a real designer within 24 hours.
Yes. Runs in the hundreds of pieces with mixed sizes and colors are our normal work, managed by one point of contact from proof to delivery.
Simple math: 2XL and up cost $6 more per piece on small orders and $4 more per piece from 25 pieces. No other size fees exist, and the Design Lab totals it live.
Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
Order ten, order fifty, order five hundred: 10 pieces is our floor, and for your Lee Acres crew, bigger packs simply pull the per-piece price down.
File quality is our problem, not yours: vectors are ideal, 300 DPI PNGs work, and weak files get redrawn at no charge.
We do, at the same pace as domestic orders. Deployed and overseas service members at APO and FPO addresses are covered alongside all 50 states.
