Custom Design in Luke, MD.

Custom designed from scratch gear for Luke businesses, schools, teams, churches, and crews. Proofs in 24 hours, delivered in 5 to 7 days.

Custom Design delivered to Luke

In-house designers turn napkin sketches and old low-res logos into print-ready vector art. Free with every order, proof in 24 hours. For Luke, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

With a community of 82 spread over 0.3 square miles, Luke gets the same flat delivery promise as everywhere else we serve: 5 to 7 business days to any door. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Piedmont, WV (1 mi), Bloomington, MD (1 mi), Westernport, MD (1 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. The closest major installation is Camp Dawson, roughly 33 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.

No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to Luke.

Custom Design demand around Luke does not stop at the town line. Crews from Piedmont (1 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.

What Luke gets designed from scratch

Unit crest and emblem builds

Crests and emblems built with correct heraldry and licensing rules observed. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

Full designs from a written idea

Start with words alone: the design team turns a description into finished art. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.

Era-correct type and layouts

The year on the shirt sets the type style, and the team knows the difference. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.

Event artwork packages

A single visual system covering everything the event prints. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.

Merch line concepts

Merch collections designed with selling in mind, not just decoration. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

Logo cleanup and vector redraws

A phone photo of a faded shirt becomes clean, print-ready vector art. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

This shop exists for the military community, and it shows in how orders run. Deadlines are treated like formation times, proofs are honest instead of optimistic, and when Luke customers call, a person who owns the order answers.

The same discipline applies inward: an unrealistic date or a design that will not print well gets flagged before you commit, not explained after.

See your exact price in about ninety seconds.

The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.

04 //

What to print it on

Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Luke customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.

Max Heavyweight Street Tee

Streetwear concepts belong on the 7.5oz max heavyweight with an oversized front or full back. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.

Classic Cotton Tee

The proving ground for new art, with an 80-color palette to frame it perfectly. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.

Premium Heavyweight Tee

Put the design on washed heavyweight cotton and it stops being a shirt and starts being merch. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

No artwork? That is the normal case

Half the orders we take begin as a phone photo of a sketch, an old shirt, or a sentence describing the idea. A designer turns that into print-ready vector art at no charge, sends the proof inside 24 hours, and revises it until you sign off in writing. Nothing is produced before that signature, which is why what shows up matches what you expected.

Prefer hands-on? Build the design yourself in the Design Lab on real product photos, with the running price on screen while you work.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

The first step is just getting the idea out of your head: type it into the quote form or mock it up in the Design Lab, rough edges and all.

02

Proof

A real designer, not an algorithm, sends your proof within 24 hours. You change it as many times as it takes to be right.

03

Approve

You approve in writing before production starts. No surprises at the box opening, because you already saw the shirt.

04

Print and ship

From approval, count 5 to 7 business days to your door. If the event is sooner, ask about rush and get a straight yes or no.

05

Reorder

Your art and specs stay on file, so reorders match the first run exactly, down to the ink.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Every order ships tracked to Luke addresses with standard production plus shipping at 5 to 7 business days. Free shipping kicks in at 100 pieces, and pack shipping rates below that are published, not surprises at checkout.

Before sealing, every carton is counted against the size roster, and tracking goes out the same day. Anything short or damaged gets replaced at our cost on an expedited timeline.

Common questions

Can you handle a large order for your Luke crew?

Yes. Runs in the hundreds of pieces with mixed sizes and colors are our normal work, managed by one point of contact from proof to delivery.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Extended sizes carry a flat per-piece add: $6 when the order is under 25 pieces, $4 once it reaches 25. The estimate in the Design Lab applies it for you.

What is your return policy?

Finality is the nature of custom work: no returns once it prints. Your protections live earlier in the process, in the free proof and the written approval that nothing skips.

Is there a minimum order?

Order ten, order fifty, order five hundred: 10 pieces is our floor, and for your Luke crew, bigger packs simply pull the per-piece price down.

What file types work best?

Send whatever exists. Vectors print perfectly, high resolution PNGs print clean, and anything below that gets redrawn free by the design team before it goes near a press.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

Deployed addresses are first-class here: APO and FPO ship on the standard timeline, right alongside all 50 states.
