Custom Design delivered to Manteca

In-house designers turn napkin sketches and old low-res logos into print-ready vector art. Free with every order, proof in 24 hours. For Manteca, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

With about 91,000 people spread over 21.4 square miles, Manteca gets the same flat delivery promise as everywhere else we serve: 5 to 7 business days to any door. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Lathrop, CA (5 mi), French Camp, CA (6 mi), Ripon, CA (6 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. Travis Air Force Base, around 55 miles from Manteca, anchors the local military community we print for every week.

No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to Manteca.

A typical week of custom design orders from this corner of California mixes Manteca crews with neighbors like Lathrop, 5 miles over, all running through the same designer, the same proof cycle, and the same tracked delivery.

What Manteca gets designed from scratch

Full designs from a written idea

Start with words alone: the design team turns a description into finished art. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

Era-correct type and layouts

The year on the shirt sets the type style, and the team knows the difference. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

Event artwork packages

Shirts, banners, and signage drawn as one matched system. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Merch line concepts

A tight little product line, designed to move at the table. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.

Logo cleanup and vector redraws

A phone photo of a faded shirt becomes clean, print-ready vector art. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

Unit crest and emblem builds

Crests and emblems built with correct heraldry and licensing rules observed. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

We print for units, veterans, and military families every day, and the discipline transfers. Manteca customers get straight answers on dates, a named person on their order, and work we would put our own name on.

It also means we say no when we should. If a design will not print well at the size you want, or a date cannot be hit, you hear it before you spend money, not after.

See your exact price in about ninety seconds.

Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.

What to print it on

Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Manteca customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.

Classic Cotton Tee

Most new designs land on the Classic first. 80 plus colors means your art gets the exact backdrop it needs. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

Premium Heavyweight Tee

When the design is the product, the garment dyed heavyweight makes it feel like a brand, not a handout. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.

Max Heavyweight Street Tee

Streetwear concepts belong on the 7.5oz max heavyweight with an oversized front or full back. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.

Bring the idea, we draw the rest

Finished files are welcome but never required. A faded photo, a hand sketch, or three sentences of description all become professional vector art at no charge, proofed back to you within a day. The revision count is unlimited, the approval is in writing, and production does not move an inch until that approval exists.

Hands-on types can skip the wait entirely: the Design Lab puts your art on the actual garment with the price updating live.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

The first step is just getting the idea out of your head: type it into the quote form or mock it up in the Design Lab, rough edges and all.

02

Proof

The proof arrives inside a day, drawn at print size on your chosen garment and color. Change anything, as often as needed, at no cost.

03

Approve

Production waits for one thing only: your written sign-off on the proof. That signature is the contract for exactly what prints.

04

Print and ship

Standard turnaround is 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, with rush available when the calendar demands it.

05

Reorder

Your art and specs stay on file, so reorders match the first run exactly, down to the ink.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Every order ships tracked to Manteca addresses with standard production plus shipping at 5 to 7 business days. Free shipping kicks in at 100 pieces, and pack shipping rates below that are published, not surprises at checkout.

Boxes get counted twice against the roster before they seal, and the tracking number reaches you the day of pickup. Damage or shortage claims are our expense and our rush.

Common questions

How long does shipping take?

Count 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, production included. Tighter date? Ask about rush and you get a straight answer before paying.

Do you help with the design?

Included with every order: a designer turns whatever you send into print-ready art, proofs it within 24 hours, and revises free until approved.

Can you handle a large order for your Manteca crew?

Large orders are the specialty, not the exception: hundreds of mixed-size pieces, roster-counted boxes, one accountable contact.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Sizes 2XL and up add $6 per piece under 25 total pieces, or $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab includes it in your estimate automatically.

What is your return policy?

Due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. Double check sizing and artwork before submitting your order. Every order gets a free proof first, and nothing prints until you approve it in writing.

Is there a minimum order?

The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your manteca crew can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.

What file types work best?

Send whatever exists. Vectors print perfectly, high resolution PNGs print clean, and anything below that gets redrawn free by the design team before it goes near a press.
