Custom Design in Marlton, MD.

From single pieces to full crew runs, Marlton gets designed from scratch gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.

Custom Design delivered to Marlton

Marlton crews order designed from scratch gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Marlton address in 5 to 7 business days.

All 5.9 square miles of Marlton sit inside our normal delivery map, tracked door to door. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Croom, MD (2 mi), Rosaryville, MD (2 mi), Queensland, MD (2 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. The closest major installation is Joint Base Andrews, roughly 8 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.

The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Marlton.

Because Croom sits only 2 miles from Marlton, joint orders across town lines are common here: one proof, one pack price, two delivery stops if needed.

What Marlton gets designed from scratch

Event artwork packages

A single visual system covering everything the event prints. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

Merch line concepts

Merch collections designed with selling in mind, not just decoration. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

Logo cleanup and vector redraws

Faded, blurry, or tiny source art gets redrawn into crisp vectors. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.

Unit crest and emblem builds

Crests and emblems built with correct heraldry and licensing rules observed. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

Full designs from a written idea

Start with words alone: the design team turns a description into finished art. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.

Era-correct type and layouts

The year on the shirt sets the type style, and the team knows the difference. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

This shop exists for the military community, and it shows in how orders run. Deadlines are treated like formation times, proofs are honest instead of optimistic, and when Marlton customers call, a person who owns the order answers.

Part of the job is refusing bad orders. When the art, the garment, or the date is wrong, saying so before you pay is the service.

No sales call needed to get a number.

Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.

What to print it on

Garment choice makes or breaks the order. These are the blanks Marlton customers pick most, all designable online on real product photos.

Premium Heavyweight Tee

Put the design on washed heavyweight cotton and it stops being a shirt and starts being merch. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.

Max Heavyweight Street Tee

The 7.5oz boxy blank is where streetwear concepts land, oversized front or full back. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.

Classic Cotton Tee

Most new designs land on the Classic first. 80 plus colors means your art gets the exact backdrop it needs. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.

Free design, real designers

Most orders here start without finished artwork, and that is fine. Our in-house designers redraw low resolution logos as clean vectors, build new designs from a written description, and match era-correct type and insignia when the design calls for it. The service costs nothing with an order, the first proof lands within 24 hours, and revisions are unlimited. You approve the final art in writing before production, so the shirt that arrives is the shirt you signed off on.

Want to try it yourself first? The Design Lab lets you upload art, add text in stencil and athletic fonts, and position everything on the exact garment with live pricing the whole time.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Two doors in: the quote form if you want a person on it immediately, or the Design Lab if you want to see it on the garment first. Either way, unfinished ideas are the expected input.

02

Proof

A real designer, not an algorithm, sends your proof within 24 hours. You change it as many times as it takes to be right.

03

Approve

Production waits for one thing only: your written sign-off on the proof. That signature is the contract for exactly what prints.

04

Print and ship

From approval, count 5 to 7 business days to your door. If the event is sooner, ask about rush and get a straight yes or no.

05

Reorder

We archive your art and garment specs, which makes the second order a two minute conversation.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Production plus shipping to Marlton addresses runs 5 to 7 business days standard, tracked the whole way. Shipping is free at 100 pieces and flat rated below that, exactly as shown in the pricing table above.

Every box leaves counted, tracked, and matched to your roster. Shortages and shipping damage are on us to fix, fast, because delivery day is the only day the customer remembers.

Common questions

How long does shipping take?

Count 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, production included. Tighter date? Ask about rush and you get a straight answer before paying.

Do you help with the design?

Included with every order: a designer turns whatever you send into print-ready art, proofs it within 24 hours, and revises free until approved.

Can you handle a large order for your Marlton crew?

Yes. Runs in the hundreds of pieces with mixed sizes and colors are our normal work, managed by one point of contact from proof to delivery.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Extended sizes carry a flat per-piece add: $6 when the order is under 25 pieces, $4 once it reaches 25. The estimate in the Design Lab applies it for you.

What is your return policy?

Due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. Double check sizing and artwork before submitting your order. Every order gets a free proof first, and nothing prints until you approve it in writing.

Is there a minimum order?

The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your marlton crew can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.

What file types work best?

File quality is our problem, not yours: vectors are ideal, 300 DPI PNGs work, and weak files get redrawn at no charge.
