Custom Design in McCloud, CA.

From single pieces to full crew runs, McCloud gets designed from scratch gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.

Custom Design delivered to McCloud

McCloud crews order designed from scratch gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any McCloud address in 5 to 7 business days.

All 2.4 square miles of McCloud sit inside our normal delivery map, tracked door to door. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Dunsmuir, CA (7 mi), Castella, CA (10 mi), Mount Shasta, CA (10 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. Kingsley Field, around 69 miles from McCloud, anchors the local military community we print for every week.

No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to McCloud.

Custom Design demand around McCloud does not stop at the town line. Crews from Dunsmuir (7 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.

What McCloud gets designed from scratch

Logo cleanup and vector redraws

The rescue service: old logos rebuilt as clean vector files that print sharp forever. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

Unit crest and emblem builds

Crests and emblems built with correct heraldry and licensing rules observed. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Full designs from a written idea

Start with words alone: the design team turns a description into finished art. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.

Era-correct type and layouts

Stencil, athletic, and period-correct lettering matched to the year that matters. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

Event artwork packages

Shirts, banners, and signage drawn as one matched system. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

Merch line concepts

A small collection designed to sell, not just to exist. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

This shop exists for the military community, and it shows in how orders run. Deadlines are treated like formation times, proofs are honest instead of optimistic, and when McCloud customers call, a person who owns the order answers.

The same discipline applies inward: an unrealistic date or a design that will not print well gets flagged before you commit, not explained after.

No sales call needed to get a number.

The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.

04 //

What to print it on

The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For McCloud customers, these three earn their keep.

Classic Cotton Tee

The proving ground for new art, with an 80-color palette to frame it perfectly. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

Premium Heavyweight Tee

Put the design on washed heavyweight cotton and it stops being a shirt and starts being merch. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

Max Heavyweight Street Tee

Max weight, boxy drop, oversized print field: the streetwear formula. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Free design, real designers

Most orders here start without finished artwork, and that is fine. Our in-house designers redraw low resolution logos as clean vectors, build new designs from a written description, and match era-correct type and insignia when the design calls for it. The service costs nothing with an order, the first proof lands within 24 hours, and revisions are unlimited. You approve the final art in writing before production, so the shirt that arrives is the shirt you signed off on.

Want to try it yourself first? The Design Lab lets you upload art, add text in stencil and athletic fonts, and position everything on the exact garment with live pricing the whole time.

06 //

What it costs

Start the budget from the real numbers: published light cotton tee packs, front print built into every figure McCloud customers see.

PiecesTotalEachShipBack print add
10 pieces$180$18 ea$18$4 ea
15 pieces$250$16.67 ea$18$4 ea
20 pieces$320$16 ea$20.99$4 ea
25 pieces$375$15 ea$20.99$3 ea
50 pieces$700$14 ea$22.99$2 ea
100 pieces$1200$12 eaFREE$2 ea

Three add-ons exist and all are flat per piece: the back print at the table rate ($3 from 25 pieces, $2 from 50), the oversized front at $3 or $2 depending on quantity, and extended sizes at $6 or $4. Nothing else gets added. The Design Lab applies every rule automatically, and the written quote confirms the total before anything is charged.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

The first step is just getting the idea out of your head: type it into the quote form or mock it up in the Design Lab, rough edges and all.

02

Proof

One day later the proof is in your inbox: your art, your garment, your colors, at true print scale. Revisions never cost a cent.

03

Approve

Your written approval is the gate. Until it exists, nothing prints; once it exists, exactly that design prints.

04

Print and ship

Five to seven business days covers printing and delivery. Tight timeline? Rush gets a truthful quote, not a hopeful one.

05

Reorder

Everything about the run gets archived, which turns every future reorder into a one-line email.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Every order ships tracked to McCloud addresses with standard production plus shipping at 5 to 7 business days. Free shipping kicks in at 100 pieces, and pack shipping rates below that are published, not surprises at checkout.

The roster is the packing list: every size counted into the box, tracking issued at pickup, and any shortage or transit damage made right at our cost without argument.

Common questions

What is your return policy?

Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.

Is there a minimum order?

Order ten, order fifty, order five hundred: 10 pieces is our floor, and for your McCloud crew, bigger packs simply pull the per-piece price down.

What file types work best?

Send whatever exists. Vectors print perfectly, high resolution PNGs print clean, and anything below that gets redrawn free by the design team before it goes near a press.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

Deployed addresses are first-class here: APO and FPO ship on the standard timeline, right alongside all 50 states.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

Completely. Build the design in the Design Lab and the full order total sits on screen the whole time; no email, no call, no waiting.

How long does shipping take?

Standard production plus shipping takes 5 to 7 business days. Rush options are available on many orders, tell us your date and we answer honestly.

Do you help with the design?

Always, at no charge. A designer takes your rough input, redraws it print ready, and has a proof in your inbox inside a day, with unlimited revisions after.
