Custom designed from scratch gear for McIntyre businesses, schools, teams, churches, and crews. Proofs in 24 hours, delivered in 5 to 7 days.
In-house designers turn napkin sketches and old low-res logos into print-ready vector art. Free with every order, proof in 24 hours. For McIntyre, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.
McIntyre is home to a community of 565 across 5.2 square miles, and every one of those addresses is inside our standard 5 to 7 day delivery window. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Irwinton, GA (3 mi), Toomsboro, GA (7 mi), Ivey, GA (7 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. For the military community, Robins Air Force Base sits about 31 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.
The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to McIntyre.
A typical week of custom design orders from this corner of Georgia mixes McIntyre crews with neighbors like Irwinton, 3 miles over, all running through the same designer, the same proof cycle, and the same tracked delivery.
A phone photo of a faded shirt becomes clean, print-ready vector art. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.
Crests and emblems built with correct heraldry and licensing rules observed. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.
Describe it in a sentence; a designer builds it and proofs it within 24 hours. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.
Stencil, athletic, and period-correct lettering matched to the year that matters. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.
A single visual system covering everything the event prints. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.
A tight little product line, designed to move at the table. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.
Serving the military community is not a marketing line here, it is the operating system. Mcintyre customers deal with one accountable person, get dates that mean something, and receive work held to a uniform standard.
That standard cuts both ways. If your art needs work or your timeline is impossible, we tell you up front and offer the fix, because a bad shirt with our print on it costs us more than the order.
Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.
Garment choice makes or breaks the order. These are the blanks McIntyre customers pick most, all designable online on real product photos.
Most new designs land on the Classic first. 80 plus colors means your art gets the exact backdrop it needs. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.
Serious designs deserve the garment-dyed heavyweight, which reads brand rather than handout. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.
Streetwear concepts belong on the 7.5oz max heavyweight with an oversized front or full back. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.
The gap between what you have and what a press needs is our designers job to close, free with any order. Whatever the starting point, the output is the same: clean vectors, correct insignia, a proof within 24 hours, and unlimited revisions until you approve it in writing. Only then does anything print.
The Design Lab offers the self-serve path, with your art positioned on real product photos and the total priced as you go.
Here is what McIntyre customers actually pay, starting from our light cotton tee. Every price includes a standard front print, and the number only moves down as the pack gets bigger.
| Order size | Pack total | Cost per piece | Freight | Back side |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 10 pack | $180 | $18 ea | $18 | $4 ea |
| 15 pack | $250 | $16.67 ea | $18 | $4 ea |
| 20 pack | $320 | $16 ea | $20.99 | $4 ea |
| 25 pack | $375 | $15 ea | $20.99 | $3 ea |
| 50 pack | $700 | $14 ea | $22.99 | $2 ea |
| 100 pack | $1200 | $12 ea | FREE | $2 ea |
Beyond the table, the only extras are per-piece and public: back prints at the listed rate stepping down to $3 then $2, oversized fronts at $3 dropping to $2, and 2XL-plus at $6 dropping to $4. The Design Lab does this arithmetic for you in real time.
Two doors in: the quote form if you want a person on it immediately, or the Design Lab if you want to see it on the garment first. Either way, unfinished ideas are the expected input.
A real designer, not an algorithm, sends your proof within 24 hours. You change it as many times as it takes to be right.
Your written approval is the gate. Until it exists, nothing prints; once it exists, exactly that design prints.
From approval, count 5 to 7 business days to your door. If the event is sooner, ask about rush and get a straight yes or no.
The specs live in our archive permanently: same art, same colors, same result, on demand.
Count 5 to 7 business days, production included, for tracked delivery to McIntyre addresses. At 100 pieces shipping costs nothing; under that, the flat rates in the table are the whole story.
Orders ship boxed and counted against your size roster, with tracking sent the day they leave. If anything arrives short or damaged, photograph it and send it over, and we correct it at our cost.
We do, at the same pace as domestic orders. Deployed and overseas service members at APO and FPO addresses are covered alongside all 50 states.

Included with every order: a designer turns whatever you send into print-ready art, proofs it within 24 hours, and revises free until approved.
Yes. Runs in the hundreds of pieces with mixed sizes and colors are our normal work, managed by one point of contact from proof to delivery.
Extended sizes carry a flat per-piece add: $6 when the order is under 25 pieces, $4 once it reaches 25. The estimate in the Design Lab applies it for you.
Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
