Custom Design in Menlo, KS.

From single pieces to full crew runs, Menlo gets designed from scratch gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.

Custom Design delivered to Menlo

In-house designers turn napkin sketches and old low-res logos into print-ready vector art. Free with every order, proof in 24 hours. For Menlo, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

Menlo is home to a community of 33 across 0.1 square miles, and every one of those addresses is inside our standard 5 to 7 day delivery window. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Rexford, KS (8 mi), Gem, KS (10 mi), Hoxie, KS (15 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. Fort Riley, around 209 miles from Menlo, anchors the local military community we print for every week.

Nothing here needs a storefront. Art goes in by phone or upload, a designer proofs it free, and the shipment lands in Menlo counted against your roster.

Custom Design demand around Menlo does not stop at the town line. Crews from Rexford (8 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.

What Menlo gets designed from scratch

Logo cleanup and vector redraws

The rescue service: old logos rebuilt as clean vector files that print sharp forever. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.

Unit crest and emblem builds

Crests and emblems built with correct heraldry and licensing rules observed. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.

Full designs from a written idea

Start with words alone: the design team turns a description into finished art. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

Era-correct type and layouts

Typography matched to the era, from Vietnam-period stencil to modern athletic block. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.

Event artwork packages

One design system across shirts, banners, and signs so everything matches. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

Merch line concepts

Merch collections designed with selling in mind, not just decoration. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

Serving the military community is not a marketing line here, it is the operating system. Menlo customers deal with one accountable person, get dates that mean something, and receive work held to a uniform standard.

The same discipline applies inward: an unrealistic date or a design that will not print well gets flagged before you commit, not explained after.

No sales call needed to get a number.

Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.

04 //

What to print it on

Garment choice makes or breaks the order. These are the blanks Menlo customers pick most, all designable online on real product photos.

Classic Cotton Tee

New designs debut on the Classic: 80-plus colors guarantee the right backdrop for the art. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Premium Heavyweight Tee

Put the design on washed heavyweight cotton and it stops being a shirt and starts being merch. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Max Heavyweight Street Tee

Max weight, boxy drop, oversized print field: the streetwear formula. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

No artwork? That is the normal case

Half the orders we take begin as a phone photo of a sketch, an old shirt, or a sentence describing the idea. A designer turns that into print-ready vector art at no charge, sends the proof inside 24 hours, and revises it until you sign off in writing. Nothing is produced before that signature, which is why what shows up matches what you expected.

Prefer hands-on? Build the design yourself in the Design Lab on real product photos, with the running price on screen while you work.

What it costs

Here is what Menlo customers actually pay, starting from our light cotton tee. Every price includes a standard front print, and the number only moves down as the pack gets bigger.

Every heavier garment keeps this same pack shape at its own numbers, and the Design Lab totals it live while you build.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

The first step is just getting the idea out of your head: type it into the quote form or mock it up in the Design Lab, rough edges and all.

02

Proof

The proof arrives inside a day, drawn at print size on your chosen garment and color. Change anything, as often as needed, at no cost.

03

Approve

Production waits for one thing only: your written sign-off on the proof. That signature is the contract for exactly what prints.

04

Print and ship

Five to seven business days covers printing and delivery. Tight timeline? Rush gets a truthful quote, not a hopeful one.

05

Reorder

Everything about the run gets archived, which turns every future reorder into a one-line email.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Count 5 to 7 business days, production included, for tracked delivery to Menlo addresses. At 100 pieces shipping costs nothing; under that, the flat rates in the table are the whole story.

Before sealing, every carton is counted against the size roster, and tracking goes out the same day. Anything short or damaged gets replaced at our cost on an expedited timeline.

Common questions

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

That is the point of the Design Lab: the complete number, packs, back prints, size upcharges, shipping, updates live while you design, before any contact form.

How long does shipping take?

Five to seven business days, all in, from approval to arrival. Rush exists for real deadlines and gets an honest yes or no up front.

Do you help with the design?

Design help is included free. Whatever you have, a napkin sketch, a faded shirt photo, a sentence, becomes a print-ready proof from a real designer within 24 hours.

Can you handle a large order for your Menlo crew?

Absolutely. Bulk is where pack pricing shines, and big mixed-size runs ship counted against your roster with a single person accountable for the date.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

The extended-size rule fits in one line: add $6 per piece below 25 total, $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab applies it automatically.

What is your return policy?

Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.

Is there a minimum order?

Order ten, order fifty, order five hundred: 10 pieces is our floor, and for your Menlo crew, bigger packs simply pull the per-piece price down.
