From single pieces to full crew runs, Mound Station gets designed from scratch gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.
Mound Station crews order designed from scratch gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Mound Station address in 5 to 7 business days.
Mound Station is home to a community of 115 across 0.5 square miles, and every one of those addresses is inside our standard 5 to 7 day delivery window. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Clayton, IL (5 mi), Mount Sterling, IL (6 mi), Camp Point, IL (10 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. For the military community, Rock Island Arsenal sits about 102 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.
No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to Mound Station.
Because Clayton sits only 5 miles from Mound Station, joint orders across town lines are common here: one proof, one pack price, two delivery stops if needed.
Merch collections designed with selling in mind, not just decoration. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.
Faded, blurry, or tiny source art gets redrawn into crisp vectors. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.
Crests and emblems built with correct heraldry and licensing rules observed. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.
Describe it in a sentence; a designer builds it and proofs it within 24 hours. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.
The year on the shirt sets the type style, and the team knows the difference. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.
A single visual system covering everything the event prints. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.
We print for units, veterans, and military families every day, and the discipline transfers. Mound station customers get straight answers on dates, a named person on their order, and work we would put our own name on.
That standard cuts both ways. If your art needs work or your timeline is impossible, we tell you up front and offer the fix, because a bad shirt with our print on it costs us more than the order.
The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.
Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Mound Station customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.
The proving ground for new art, with an 80-color palette to frame it perfectly. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.
When the design is the product, the garment dyed heavyweight makes it feel like a brand, not a handout. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.
Streetwear concepts belong on the 7.5oz max heavyweight with an oversized front or full back. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.
Every order includes the design team. They rescue low-resolution logos, invent art from plain descriptions, and keep insignia and period typography accurate when the concept demands it. Twenty-four hours after you send the idea, the proof is in your inbox; as many revisions as it takes come free, and your written sign-off is what starts the presses.
Or open the Design Lab and lay the design out yourself, priced in real time on the exact blank.
The table below is the actual price list Mound Station customers order from, light cotton tee, front print included, no asterisks.
| Pieces | Total | Each | Ship | Back print add |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 10 pieces | $180 | $18 ea | $18 | $4 ea |
| 15 pieces | $250 | $16.67 ea | $18 | $4 ea |
| 20 pieces | $320 | $16 ea | $20.99 | $4 ea |
| 25 pieces | $375 | $15 ea | $20.99 | $3 ea |
| 50 pieces | $700 | $14 ea | $22.99 | $2 ea |
| 100 pieces | $1200 | $12 ea | FREE | $2 ea |
Add-on pricing is deliberately boring: back print per the table (later $3, then $2), oversize front $3 or $2 by volume, extended sizes $6 or $4 by volume. That is the complete list, and the Design Lab computes it live before any quote is written.
The first step is just getting the idea out of your head: type it into the quote form or mock it up in the Design Lab, rough edges and all.
A real designer, not an algorithm, sends your proof within 24 hours. You change it as many times as it takes to be right.
Production waits for one thing only: your written sign-off on the proof. That signature is the contract for exactly what prints.
Approval to doorstep runs 5 to 7 business days as the default, faster when rush is booked and honestly refused when it cannot be.
Your art and specs stay on file, so reorders match the first run exactly, down to the ink.
Production plus shipping to Mound Station addresses runs 5 to 7 business days standard, tracked the whole way. Shipping is free at 100 pieces and flat rated below that, exactly as shown in the pricing table above.
Orders ship boxed and counted against your size roster, with tracking sent the day they leave. If anything arrives short or damaged, photograph it and send it over, and we correct it at our cost.
Yes, and it costs nothing with your order. Send a sketch, an old logo, or just the idea, and a designer sends a print ready proof within 24 hours.
Yes. Runs in the hundreds of pieces with mixed sizes and colors are our normal work, managed by one point of contact from proof to delivery.
The extended-size rule fits in one line: add $6 per piece below 25 total, $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab applies it automatically.
Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your mound station crew can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.
File quality is our problem, not yours: vectors are ideal, 300 DPI PNGs work, and weak files get redrawn at no charge.
