Custom Design delivered to Mount Leonard

In-house designers turn napkin sketches and old low-res logos into print-ready vector art. Free with every order, proof in 24 hours. For Mount Leonard, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

Mount Leonard is home to a community of 63 across 0.1 square miles, and every one of those addresses is inside our standard 5 to 7 day delivery window. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Malta Bend, MO (5 mi), Blackburn, MO (5 mi), Grand Pass, MO (6 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. The closest major installation is Whiteman Air Force Base, roughly 26 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.

The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Mount Leonard.

Because Malta Bend sits only 5 miles from Mount Leonard, joint orders across town lines are common here: one proof, one pack price, two delivery stops if needed.

What Mount Leonard gets designed from scratch

Full designs from a written idea

A sentence of description is enough input for a full designed proof inside a day. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

Era-correct type and layouts

Typography matched to the era, from Vietnam-period stencil to modern athletic block. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

Event artwork packages

A single visual system covering everything the event prints. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

Merch line concepts

A tight little product line, designed to move at the table. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

Logo cleanup and vector redraws

The rescue service: old logos rebuilt as clean vector files that print sharp forever. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.

Unit crest and emblem builds

Insignia drawn correctly, with trademark rules respected and flagged. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

Serving the military community is not a marketing line here, it is the operating system. Mount leonard customers deal with one accountable person, get dates that mean something, and receive work held to a uniform standard.

The same discipline applies inward: an unrealistic date or a design that will not print well gets flagged before you commit, not explained after.

No sales call needed to get a number.

The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.

What to print it on

The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Mount Leonard customers, these three earn their keep.

Classic Cotton Tee

New designs debut on the Classic: 80-plus colors guarantee the right backdrop for the art. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

Premium Heavyweight Tee

Put the design on washed heavyweight cotton and it stops being a shirt and starts being merch. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

Max Heavyweight Street Tee

The 7.5oz boxy blank is where streetwear concepts land, oversized front or full back. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

No artwork? That is the normal case

Half the orders we take begin as a phone photo of a sketch, an old shirt, or a sentence describing the idea. A designer turns that into print-ready vector art at no charge, sends the proof inside 24 hours, and revises it until you sign off in writing. Nothing is produced before that signature, which is why what shows up matches what you expected.

Prefer hands-on? Build the design yourself in the Design Lab on real product photos, with the running price on screen while you work.

What it costs

The table below is the actual price list Mount Leonard customers order from, light cotton tee, front print included, no asterisks.

50 pack$700$14 ea$22.99$2 ea

Three add-ons exist and all are flat per piece: the back print at the table rate ($3 from 25 pieces, $2 from 50), the oversized front at $3 or $2 depending on quantity, and extended sizes at $6 or $4. Nothing else gets added. The Design Lab applies every rule automatically, and the written quote confirms the total before anything is charged.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Kick it off however suits you: describe the concept in the quote form or drop your art straight into the Design Lab. Polish is not required at this stage.

02

Proof

Twenty-four hours gets you a designer-built proof on the exact blank you chose. Iterate freely until it is right.

03

Approve

You approve in writing before production starts. No surprises at the box opening, because you already saw the shirt.

04

Print and ship

Five to seven business days covers printing and delivery. Tight timeline? Rush gets a truthful quote, not a hopeful one.

05

Reorder

We archive your art and garment specs, which makes the second order a two minute conversation.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

The timeline to Mount Leonard addresses is fixed and published: 5 to 7 business days door to door, production included. Shipping rates are flat, visible in the table, and free from 100 pieces.

Before sealing, every carton is counted against the size roster, and tracking goes out the same day. Anything short or damaged gets replaced at our cost on an expedited timeline.

Common questions

What is your return policy?

Finality is the nature of custom work: no returns once it prints. Your protections live earlier in the process, in the free proof and the written approval that nothing skips.

Is there a minimum order?

Order ten, order fifty, order five hundred: 10 pieces is our floor, and for your Mount Leonard crew, bigger packs simply pull the per-piece price down.

What file types work best?

File quality is our problem, not yours: vectors are ideal, 300 DPI PNGs work, and weak files get redrawn at no charge.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

We do, at the same pace as domestic orders. Deployed and overseas service members at APO and FPO addresses are covered alongside all 50 states.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

That is the point of the Design Lab: the complete number, packs, back prints, size upcharges, shipping, updates live while you design, before any contact form.

How long does shipping take?

The standard clock is 5 to 7 business days covering both production and delivery. Many orders can run faster; name the date and we will confirm or decline honestly.

Do you help with the design?

Yes, and it costs nothing with your order. Send a sketch, an old logo, or just the idea, and a designer sends a print ready proof within 24 hours.
