Custom designed from scratch gear for Mountain Lodge Park businesses, schools, teams, churches, and crews. Proofs in 24 hours, delivered in 5 to 7 days.
Mountain Lodge Park crews order designed from scratch gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Mountain Lodge Park address in 5 to 7 business days.
From one end of Mountain Lodge Park to the other, 1.5 square miles, the shipping promise does not change: 5 to 7 business days, tracked. Nearby crews are already in the coverage circle, with South Blooming Grove, NY (2 mi), Washingtonville, NY (3 mi), Kiryas Joel, NY (3 mi) sharing the identical pack rates and timelines. The closest major installation is West Point, roughly 7 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.
No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to Mountain Lodge Park.
Because South Blooming Grove sits only 2 miles from Mountain Lodge Park, joint orders across town lines are common here: one proof, one pack price, two delivery stops if needed.
One design system across shirts, banners, and signs so everything matches. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.
Merch collections designed with selling in mind, not just decoration. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.
Faded, blurry, or tiny source art gets redrawn into crisp vectors. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.
Insignia drawn correctly, with trademark rules respected and flagged. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.
Start with words alone: the design team turns a description into finished art. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.
The year on the shirt sets the type style, and the team knows the difference. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.
This shop exists for the military community, and it shows in how orders run. Deadlines are treated like formation times, proofs are honest instead of optimistic, and when Mountain Lodge Park customers call, a person who owns the order answers.
Honesty runs in both directions here. A doomed timeline or a design that will disappoint gets called out early, with an alternative attached.
The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.
Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Mountain Lodge Park customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.
New designs debut on the Classic: 80-plus colors guarantee the right backdrop for the art. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.
Serious designs deserve the garment-dyed heavyweight, which reads brand rather than handout. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.
Max weight, boxy drop, oversized print field: the streetwear formula. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.
Most orders here start without finished artwork, and that is fine. Our in-house designers redraw low resolution logos as clean vectors, build new designs from a written description, and match era-correct type and insignia when the design calls for it. The service costs nothing with an order, the first proof lands within 24 hours, and revisions are unlimited. You approve the final art in writing before production, so the shirt that arrives is the shirt you signed off on.
Want to try it yourself first? The Design Lab lets you upload art, add text in stencil and athletic fonts, and position everything on the exact garment with live pricing the whole time.
Start the budget from the real numbers: published light cotton tee packs, front print built into every figure Mountain Lodge Park customers see.
| Quantity | Pack price | Per shirt | Shipping | Add back print |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 10 pieces | $180 | $18 ea | $18 | $4 ea |
| 15 pieces | $250 | $16.67 ea | $18 | $4 ea |
| 20 pieces | $320 | $16 ea | $20.99 | $4 ea |
| 25 pieces | $375 | $15 ea | $20.99 | $3 ea |
| 50 pieces | $700 | $14 ea | $22.99 | $2 ea |
| 100 pieces | $1200 | $12 ea | FREE | $2 ea |
Add-on pricing is deliberately boring: back print per the table (later $3, then $2), oversize front $3 or $2 by volume, extended sizes $6 or $4 by volume. That is the complete list, and the Design Lab computes it live before any quote is written.
Kick it off however suits you: describe the concept in the quote form or drop your art straight into the Design Lab. Polish is not required at this stage.
One day later the proof is in your inbox: your art, your garment, your colors, at true print scale. Revisions never cost a cent.
Your written approval is the gate. Until it exists, nothing prints; once it exists, exactly that design prints.
Approval to doorstep runs 5 to 7 business days as the default, faster when rush is booked and honestly refused when it cannot be.
The specs live in our archive permanently: same art, same colors, same result, on demand.
Delivery to Mountain Lodge Park addresses follows one simple clock: 5 to 7 business days including production, with tracking from the moment it leaves. Hit 100 pieces and the shipping line drops to zero.
Boxes get counted twice against the roster before they seal, and the tracking number reaches you the day of pickup. Damage or shortage claims are our expense and our rush.
Due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. Double check sizing and artwork before submitting your order. Every order gets a free proof first, and nothing prints until you approve it in writing.
Order ten, order fifty, order five hundred: 10 pieces is our floor, and for your Mountain Lodge Park crew, bigger packs simply pull the per-piece price down.
Send whatever exists. Vectors print perfectly, high resolution PNGs print clean, and anything below that gets redrawn free by the design team before it goes near a press.
Yes, APO and FPO delivery is standard here, not an exception, and every state in the country ships the same way.
That is the point of the Design Lab: the complete number, packs, back prints, size upcharges, shipping, updates live while you design, before any contact form.
Count 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, production included. Tighter date? Ask about rush and you get a straight answer before paying.
Included with every order: a designer turns whatever you send into print-ready art, proofs it within 24 hours, and revises free until approved.
