From single pieces to full crew runs, Napa gets designed from scratch gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.
Napa crews order designed from scratch gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Napa address in 5 to 7 business days.
Napa is home to about 77,000 people across 18.0 square miles, and every one of those addresses is inside our standard 5 to 7 day delivery window. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Silverado Resort, CA (5 mi), Yountville, CA (7 mi), American Canyon, CA (9 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. For the military community, Travis Air Force Base sits about 15 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.
No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to Napa.
Custom Design demand around Napa does not stop at the town line. Crews from Silverado Resort (5 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.
Crests and emblems built with correct heraldry and licensing rules observed. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.
A sentence of description is enough input for a full designed proof inside a day. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.
The year on the shirt sets the type style, and the team knows the difference. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.
One design system across shirts, banners, and signs so everything matches. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.
A tight little product line, designed to move at the table. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.
Faded, blurry, or tiny source art gets redrawn into crisp vectors. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.
Serving the military community is not a marketing line here, it is the operating system. Napa customers deal with one accountable person, get dates that mean something, and receive work held to a uniform standard.
It also means we say no when we should. If a design will not print well at the size you want, or a date cannot be hit, you hear it before you spend money, not after.
The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.
The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Napa customers, these three earn their keep.
Most new designs land on the Classic first. 80 plus colors means your art gets the exact backdrop it needs. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.
Serious designs deserve the garment-dyed heavyweight, which reads brand rather than handout. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.
The 7.5oz boxy blank is where streetwear concepts land, oversized front or full back. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.
Design help is not an upsell here, it is how orders start. Describe the concept in a sentence, attach whatever reference you have, and within 24 hours a real designer returns a proof drawn as clean vectors, era-correct where it matters. Revisions cost nothing and continue until the proof is right, and your written approval is the only thing that sends it to production.
The Design Lab is there when you want to drive: upload, place, and price the design yourself on the exact garment we print.
Start the budget from the real numbers: published light cotton tee packs, front print built into every figure Napa customers see.

Three add-ons exist and all are flat per piece: the back print at the table rate ($3 from 25 pieces, $2 from 50), the oversized front at $3 or $2 depending on quantity, and extended sizes at $6 or $4. Nothing else gets added. The Design Lab applies every rule automatically, and the written quote confirms the total before anything is charged.
Two doors in: the quote form if you want a person on it immediately, or the Design Lab if you want to see it on the garment first. Either way, unfinished ideas are the expected input.
The proof arrives inside a day, drawn at print size on your chosen garment and color. Change anything, as often as needed, at no cost.
The press does not move without your written yes. It is the single checkpoint that makes the no-returns policy fair.
Approval to doorstep runs 5 to 7 business days as the default, faster when rush is booked and honestly refused when it cannot be.
The specs live in our archive permanently: same art, same colors, same result, on demand.
Production plus shipping to Napa addresses runs 5 to 7 business days standard, tracked the whole way. Shipping is free at 100 pieces and flat rated below that, exactly as shown in the pricing table above.
Orders ship boxed and counted against your size roster, with tracking sent the day they leave. If anything arrives short or damaged, photograph it and send it over, and we correct it at our cost.
The extended-size rule fits in one line: add $6 per piece below 25 total, $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab applies it automatically.
Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your napa crew can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.
Vector files such as AI, SVG, EPS, and PDF are ideal. A 300 DPI PNG with a transparent background also prints clean. If all you have is a screenshot, we redraw it free.
Yes. We ship to all 50 states and to APO and FPO addresses for deployed and overseas service members.
Completely. Build the design in the Design Lab and the full order total sits on screen the whole time; no email, no call, no waiting.
