Custom Design delivered to Napeague

In-house designers turn napkin sketches and old low-res logos into print-ready vector art. Free with every order, proof in 24 hours. For Napeague, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

All 3.7 square miles of Napeague sit inside our normal delivery map, tracked door to door. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Amagansett, NY (4 mi), Springs, NY (5 mi), East Hampton North, NY (7 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. Naval Submarine Base New London, around 23 miles from Napeague, anchors the local military community we print for every week.

Nothing here needs a storefront. Art goes in by phone or upload, a designer proofs it free, and the shipment lands in Napeague counted against your roster.

Custom Design demand around Napeague does not stop at the town line. Crews from Amagansett (4 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.

What Napeague gets designed from scratch

Logo cleanup and vector redraws

The rescue service: old logos rebuilt as clean vector files that print sharp forever. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

Unit crest and emblem builds

Crests and emblems built with correct heraldry and licensing rules observed. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

Full designs from a written idea

Describe it in a sentence; a designer builds it and proofs it within 24 hours. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.

Era-correct type and layouts

Typography matched to the era, from Vietnam-period stencil to modern athletic block. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.

Event artwork packages

Shirts, banners, and signage drawn as one matched system. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

Merch line concepts

Merch collections designed with selling in mind, not just decoration. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

This shop exists for the military community, and it shows in how orders run. Deadlines are treated like formation times, proofs are honest instead of optimistic, and when Napeague customers call, a person who owns the order answers.

Honesty runs in both directions here. A doomed timeline or a design that will disappoint gets called out early, with an alternative attached.

No sales call needed to get a number.

Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.

04 //

What to print it on

Garment choice makes or breaks the order. These are the blanks Napeague customers pick most, all designable online on real product photos.

Premium Heavyweight Tee

When the design is the product, the garment dyed heavyweight makes it feel like a brand, not a handout. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

Max Heavyweight Street Tee

Max weight, boxy drop, oversized print field: the streetwear formula. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Classic Cotton Tee

Most new designs land on the Classic first. 80 plus colors means your art gets the exact backdrop it needs. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

05 //

No artwork? That is the normal case

Half the orders we take begin as a phone photo of a sketch, an old shirt, or a sentence describing the idea. A designer turns that into print-ready vector art at no charge, sends the proof inside 24 hours, and revises it until you sign off in writing. Nothing is produced before that signature, which is why what shows up matches what you expected.

Prefer hands-on? Build the design yourself in the Design Lab on real product photos, with the running price on screen while you work.

06 //

What it costs

Budget planning for Napeague customers starts with real numbers. This is our light cotton tee pack pricing with the front print already included.

PiecesTotalEachShipBack print add
Pack of 10$180$18 ea$18$4 ea
Pack of 15$250$16.67 ea$18$4 ea
Pack of 20$320$16 ea$20.99$4 ea
Pack of 25$375$15 ea$20.99$3 ea
Pack of 50$700$14 ea$22.99$2 ea
Pack of 100$1200$12 eaFREE$2 ea

Add-on pricing is deliberately boring: back print per the table (later $3, then $2), oversize front $3 or $2 by volume, extended sizes $6 or $4 by volume. That is the complete list, and the Design Lab computes it live before any quote is written.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

The first step is just getting the idea out of your head: type it into the quote form or mock it up in the Design Lab, rough edges and all.

02

Proof

The proof arrives inside a day, drawn at print size on your chosen garment and color. Change anything, as often as needed, at no cost.

03

Approve

The press does not move without your written yes. It is the single checkpoint that makes the no-returns policy fair.

04

Print and ship

Five to seven business days covers printing and delivery. Tight timeline? Rush gets a truthful quote, not a hopeful one.

05

Reorder

We archive your art and garment specs, which makes the second order a two minute conversation.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Delivery to Napeague addresses follows one simple clock: 5 to 7 business days including production, with tracking from the moment it leaves. Hit 100 pieces and the shipping line drops to zero.

Orders ship boxed and counted against your size roster, with tracking sent the day they leave. If anything arrives short or damaged, photograph it and send it over, and we correct it at our cost.

Common questions

Do you help with the design?

Design help is included free. Whatever you have, a napkin sketch, a faded shirt photo, a sentence, becomes a print-ready proof from a real designer within 24 hours.

Can you handle a large order for your Napeague crew?

Large runs are the core business: hundreds of pieces, mixed sizes, multiple colors, one named contact who owns it from first proof to the delivery scan.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Simple math: 2XL and up cost $6 more per piece on small orders and $4 more per piece from 25 pieces. No other size fees exist, and the Design Lab totals it live.

What is your return policy?

Finality is the nature of custom work: no returns once it prints. Your protections live earlier in the process, in the free proof and the written approval that nothing skips.

Is there a minimum order?

Our minimum is 10 pieces. Packs for your Napeague crew begin at 10, the per piece price falls as the count climbs, and shipping goes free at 100.

What file types work best?

Send whatever exists. Vectors print perfectly, high resolution PNGs print clean, and anything below that gets redrawn free by the design team before it goes near a press.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

Deployed addresses are first-class here: APO and FPO ship on the standard timeline, right alongside all 50 states.
