Custom Design delivered to Niotaze

In-house designers turn napkin sketches and old low-res logos into print-ready vector art. Free with every order, proof in 24 hours. For Niotaze, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

Census numbers put Niotaze at a community of 89 on 0.4 square miles of Kansas, all of it covered by the same tracked shipping. Nearby crews are already in the coverage circle, with Havana, KS (4 mi), Peru, KS (5 mi), Caney, KS (6 mi) sharing the identical pack rates and timelines. The closest major installation is McConnell Air Force Base, roughly 85 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.

No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to Niotaze.

A typical week of custom design orders from this corner of Kansas mixes Niotaze crews with neighbors like Havana, 4 miles over, all running through the same designer, the same proof cycle, and the same tracked delivery.

What Niotaze gets designed from scratch

Logo cleanup and vector redraws

The rescue service: old logos rebuilt as clean vector files that print sharp forever. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.

Unit crest and emblem builds

Crests and emblems built with correct heraldry and licensing rules observed. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

Full designs from a written idea

A sentence of description is enough input for a full designed proof inside a day. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

Era-correct type and layouts

Typography matched to the era, from Vietnam-period stencil to modern athletic block. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

Event artwork packages

Shirts, banners, and signage drawn as one matched system. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.

Merch line concepts

Merch collections designed with selling in mind, not just decoration. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

Serving the military community is not a marketing line here, it is the operating system. Niotaze customers deal with one accountable person, get dates that mean something, and receive work held to a uniform standard.

Honesty runs in both directions here. A doomed timeline or a design that will disappoint gets called out early, with an alternative attached.

Build it on the real garment and watch the price calculate live.

Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.

What to print it on

The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Niotaze customers, these three earn their keep.

Premium Heavyweight Tee

Put the design on washed heavyweight cotton and it stops being a shirt and starts being merch. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.

Max Heavyweight Street Tee

Max weight, boxy drop, oversized print field: the streetwear formula. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

Classic Cotton Tee

Most new designs land on the Classic first. 80 plus colors means your art gets the exact backdrop it needs. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

05 //

Bring the idea, we draw the rest

Finished files are welcome but never required. A faded photo, a hand sketch, or three sentences of description all become professional vector art at no charge, proofed back to you within a day. The revision count is unlimited, the approval is in writing, and production does not move an inch until that approval exists.

Hands-on types can skip the wait entirely: the Design Lab puts your art on the actual garment with the price updating live.

What it costs

The table below is the actual price list Niotaze customers order from, light cotton tee, front print included, no asterisks.

15 pack$250$16.67 ea$18$4 ea
20 pack$320$16 ea$20.99$4 ea

50 pack$700$14 ea$22.99$2 ea
100 pack$1200$12 eaFREE$2 ea

Three add-ons exist and all are flat per piece: the back print at the table rate ($3 from 25 pieces, $2 from 50), the oversized front at $3 or $2 depending on quantity, and extended sizes at $6 or $4. Nothing else gets added. The Design Lab applies every rule automatically, and the written quote confirms the total before anything is charged.

Common questions

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

Deployed addresses are first-class here: APO and FPO ship on the standard timeline, right alongside all 50 states.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

Yes. The Design Lab shows live pack pricing, back print costs, size upcharges, and shipping as you build your design.

How long does shipping take?

Five to seven business days, all in, from approval to arrival. Rush exists for real deadlines and gets an honest yes or no up front.

Do you help with the design?

Design help is included free. Whatever you have, a napkin sketch, a faded shirt photo, a sentence, becomes a print-ready proof from a real designer within 24 hours.

Can you handle a large order for your Niotaze crew?

Yes. Runs in the hundreds of pieces with mixed sizes and colors are our normal work, managed by one point of contact from proof to delivery.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

The extended-size rule fits in one line: add $6 per piece below 25 total, $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab applies it automatically.

What is your return policy?

Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
